The problem with something like AM6 is there's no tangible goal. You can't run it and then think, "wow look what I've got". People generally get very excited by the sales page and content and think it will turn them into some kind of God. In reality it's a set of instructions to improve your internal state of mind. There is so much in it that it's generally advisable to do about 4 runs of it to get all the bullet points. It isn't easy and 6 months is quite a commitment when the going gets tough or nothing seems to be happening. If you do run it then stick with it.

Don't listen to Ricardo, he's jaded. You're a newby, you don't need to hear about the "long and dark path". If you keep looking at the top of the mountain, you're going to get discouraged. Just look at the next step in front of you and eventually you may reach that peak of the mountain. Although, you do need to know that you have a long road of self improvement ahead of you, you shouldn't dwell on it, or you may never get started. Just run the subs and they will show you the right path.

I saw you commented in my thread and I'm not sure that something in my journal affects your decision to do AM6 or not. AM is a program that instructs you to become your own man, master of your own life. Things that I have done during my journals does not mean that you have to do the same. I mean it's different for every man. Like a circumcision, I did it because of my carelessness and not well-educated about phimosis, it made some diseases and made me not confident at all.
I remember, when I first started AM, it took me months to decide. Reading a lot many old guy's journals here like Ryan, Geodude, frenchmagnet, .. really inspiring and good for references. It helped me a lot.
