Just downloaded the files again, same MD5SUM hashes and sizes when compared to V1.

Day 1 : July 02, Saturday.

I listened to 1 loop of trickling stream. V2. While I was on the way to meet my gf. Heard them on headphones, with full volume. But, didn't had any noticeable effects.

I listened to 1 loop of Ocean Surf, version 02, while traveling using headphones with full volume. No noticable effects.

Day 3 : July 04 Same as yesterday...

Version 2.0 wasn't released. You're using V2.1.

It is safe to test higher numbers of loops than 1, we have determined that 1 doesn't do much.

Day 3 : July 04 Listened to 1 loop, didn't go out to meet people, so can't say today...

Day 4 : July 05 Listened to 1 loop, no effects to be noticed.

Day 6 : July 06 Listened to 1 loop, I had sexual thoughts while I was listening to the mp3, is this the effect of the subs....I can't say...

So, from tomorrow onwards i.e July 07, I will increase 1 loop, and listen to 2 loops and report back with the results....

So, do you mean I must skip 2 loop, 3 loops and 4 lopps phase and jump to start with the 5 loops phase ?

Also, what does 5 loops at a time means ? Does that mean we have to listen to them continuously without any break...

Or they can be spaced out in different hours or day and night ?

For results, Shannon recommends...
5 continuous loops, no breaks. 330 minutes total listening time.

In order to test as quickly as possible, we're going based on what the models are saying about the optimal number of loops. It comes back 4-5-6, peaking at 5.
