Haha, thanks man. I saw this before but I did some reading, and with the BE products I saw that it's not for the best to use these more than once or twice a week? That's why I didn't spring for it... I'm after something that causes permanent change, so that my baseline becomes closer to drunk state... drunk state meaning less inhibited and more relaxed.

If it´s any help, there are tons of other ways to relax too that does not have to include the use of alcohol. Meditation, yoga, watching a comedy or going to stand up comedy show (laughter relaxes a lot and helps to get rid of inhibitions), taking a walk, swimming, going for massage...you get the idea. If you take some of the relaxing activities and make them your daily routine your baseline becomes much more relaxed, you release oxytocin and become less inhibited too.

I´m not saying that you do, but unfortunately too many people think alcohol as the only way to get relaxed. So their "baseline" is tense a lot of times, and since they are so tense they go to let loose like there is no tomorrow when they do use alcohol to relax...and often stupid as a side effect after too many drinks. Oh, and that hangover...

Anyways, nothing wrong with reasonable, moderate use of alcohol, but it pays off to sometimes try some other ways to relax too. "...drunk state meaning less inhibited and more relaxed." means also lesser functioning in many other areas.

Sorry AlphaRomeo been busy lately, I did see this and appreciate the advice man.

What kind of meditation do you recommend? Sitting for 20 mins and focusing on your breathing?
