RE: So I have a question (for particularly shannon).... hours vs days - AfzalG - 04-10-2015 haha shanon I like your posts they feel like disstracks on a very high level but indeed its only the truth... you cant explain everyone everything.... thats the reason I am starting to hate talking with poeple about serious topics it seems that nowadays noone respects the experts knowledge... why poeple think they know your subs better than you who created it? if they dont trust your instruction how they can trust your script ? dont understand this RE: So I have a question (for particularly shannon).... hours vs days - robstar - 04-11-2015 (04-09-2015, 11:21 PM)Shannon Wrote:(04-08-2015, 08:51 PM)robstar Wrote:(04-08-2015, 06:03 PM)Shannon Wrote: In the beginning I was operating on the understanding that 32 days was the minimum amount of time it takes to form a habit/long term tendency, learn something permanently, etc. Now that has been called into question by later and alternate research suggesting it may be 90 days, etc. We still use 32 days as a minimum for single stage programs and it also makes a good standard for time to use each stage of a multi-stage program. Logic to me is knowing that I don't know you. Sure I know you're an expert that makes great subs, but to think that you are infallible, and cannot possibly give incorrect advice would be illogical. You are a human and therefore fallible. And trial and error is a great way to learn, and I'm sure you know that. I would never blame you for my lack of results if I deviate from the instructions though, I accept full responsibility. So far, I'm extremely happy with my decision to cut SM two weeks short and go back to AM6. My life and motivation are getting back on track. I think I was foolish to start SM3 without running AM6 twice first, so yes I blame myself for not following your advice in that case :-) SM was great for my sex life, but the rest of my life became a hot mess. RE: So I have a question (for particularly shannon).... hours vs days - Raykon - 04-15-2015 I did AM 5.0 and quit day 24 stage 5.. I also ran AM 6 full run through but most stages I changed to the next stage aroudn day 25 because I was too impatient. I'm on day 13 of sex magnet & I noticed my allot of the qualities I gained from AM are starting to fade away. Becoming more emotional again, more social anxiety, brain hemispheres have become imbalanced again & many other factors that I have come to conclusion using my intuition as well as my logic. Therefore I have quit sex magnet & started the AM refresher stage that I will run for 3 months. Then move onto woman magnet or redo Sex magnet, MAYBE BASE? P.S Although the "alpha" qualities are fading away I'm still MUCH MORE alpha then I was before & it's not like all the effects are going away completely but I feel as though it's slowly degrading. I'm still alpha, but my beta qualities are coming back. That of course is because you did not follow the directions. And running the refresher is for after you have achieved the growth that running the stages is designed to give you. If you're smart, you'll start over with Stage 1 and run the whole set according to the directions. |
