RE: comfort zone - Snake77 - 05-09-2015 quantum, I listen to 8 hours a day if possible up to 9/10 hours RE: comfort zone - mat422 - 05-11-2015 (05-09-2015, 01:26 AM)Snake77 Wrote: so far done just over 4 months of LTU. Sometimes it's not the most obvious changes and they come about so smoothly you forget that it used to be a problem. Just keep going. I know how frustrating it is listening to the subs day in day out and feeling like you're not going anywhere, but trust me it's doing something. If you are resisting the changes, you just have to keep hammering away until you break. I think I've been using EPRHA for close to 6 months and I feel like it's finally giving me some changes. I am using EPRHA now and I did not notice a directly change, but in certain situations I realized that I act or feel different than before. So the change happens here almost completely under the radar. I get stressed easily and because my confidence has suffered I feel inadequate at times. In my experience when you seem to have taken a step back or gotten worse it usually indicates something is being worked out in your brain and old patterns are being changed. Eventually you get that breakthrough and it all falls into place. But until you get there it can feel like nothing has changed or you are only getting worse. Try not to be hard on yourself during this time. Just recognize that it will pass eventually and you'll be even more confident than before. RE: comfort zone - Shannon - 05-14-2015 Yes, stepping backwards usually indicates that the old programming is fighting harder to assert itself and deny and prevent the new programming from being accepted, acted on or taking it's place. |
