RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - SurferJoy - 10-01-2014 Stage 1 - Day 7 * I noticed the themes of the last few dreams are acceptance, freedom and conquering rejection. Interesting! * I finally returned to the gym after 10 years. When I went to pay my membership today the guy at the reception told me that I do not have to pay anything except for my monthly fee. It's part of a promotion, he said. Thats very good and I'm glad for it. I save a bit of €€€. In his book "Love Yourself" Larry Crane explains that the more you give yourself love and approval the more lucky your life will be. So far, thats so good. I do my work out in the afternoon, when it is not too crowded. I like the afternoon folks, they are different from the 9-5 crowds that come after 6 PM. The afternoon folks are your typical extra big gym rats with fancy tattoos , training enthusiasts and the fitness hotties with perfect tit and ass. From all those guys, I just saw one who could be a Men's health cover model. *A friend told me to look into Paleo diet and high intensity training. I watched the Doug McGuff presentation on Youtube. Fascinating stuff! RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - SurferJoy - 10-02-2014 Stage 1 - Day 8 Again, I had great difficulty to sleep during the night. Hopefully, I fell asleep early this morning to wake up at around 2 PM.
- Wealthy people don't "want" money, they know that they already "have" money, and so more and more comes to them without effort. This explains the old saying, "The rich get richer and the poor get poorer".
If you have a consciousness that "All is well in my life and I have abundance," then that will be your reality. Many of us have already heard this stuff a million times. But, how do we get from this place of "wanting" to the place of "having"? - Larry Crane I agree with Larry Crane on this and it is what I'm noticing these last few days. Since, I started this journey my desire/lust increased and thats a not a good thing. It is repelling things. One guy on this forum wrote "The hungry do not get fed" I agree. In the Sedona Method course there is a track about releasing lust/neediness/desire. I decided to work with it again. It had been very useful in the past to push porn out of my life. I will use the track when I do my jogging or when I go to the supermarket/stores etc... so I dont have to dedicate a specific time slot in the day for this. Either way, its all about eliminating self limiting beliefs and embracing an abundance mindset. There is only abundance. -Sam RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - Shannon - 10-03-2014 The biggest lesson for all of humanity is learning to release themselves from their own self imposed limitations. There is unlimited abundance in all ways and for all things; the question is, how much does that fact frighten you? RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - smoothsam - 10-03-2014 The creation of infinite anything stems from the seeds that we allow to exist within ourselves. Progress of any kind comes from planting the seeds of our infinite dreams that allows us to build castles in the sky. The foundation is the seeds. The seeds will grow to their fullest potential as long as right conditions are met. Staying home all the time will not allow you to develop your social skills in group environments. The infinite is always continuously expanding itself, that is why it is called the infinite. It is so vast because it does not compare itself to others. It only compares itself to its own growth. Thus it is all encompassing, yet promotes all things to grow. The infinite acknowledges everyone and everything. The infinite does this knowing the truth "that we are all infinite beings". Somehow, we as human beings forgot this truth. Infinite growth to the infinite exponent "infinite growth". It is so vast that we cannot measure its depth. No number exists because we would be counting forever. The infinite keeps on going. We as human beings can learn a lot from the infinite(abundance). Fear itself is afraid of the infinite and abundance. Fear cannot exist in an abundance mindset. We as humans will get to the point where we take all limiting beliefs and think from the mindset of unlimited and inevitable thinking and actions to follow suit. Only if all humans realized that humans are creating their own prisons, walls, and chains that are preventing them from going anywhere in all aspects of existence. As a result of that awareness, create ways to remove prisons, walls and chains of their own demise and others. Implement it in their lives, so that they become limitless beings. -Sam RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - SurferJoy - 10-04-2014 Stage 1 - Day 10 Removing ALL distractions: In the Larry Crane course on resistance it's recommended to remove all distractions/repressing and do releasing instead. I started to do that today. It directly brings more quietness into my life. It is raining right now and the sound of the rain hitting my window is calming. I spent the day in silence and I enjoyed it. Usually, removing all distractions and escapism will cause resistances and dramas to show up. This is at that moment,I start releasing RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - SurferJoy - 10-04-2014 On the fear of abundance: I agree with David Deida when he wrote : "..Your insecurity may cause you to doubt yourself, and so you take the easy way, not even approaching your real edge or real gift. Alternatively, your insecurity may lead you to push, seeking to become victorious over your own sense of lack. Both approaches avoid your actual condition in the moment, which is often fear. If you are stressfully avoiding your fear, you cannot relax into fearless. Your fear is the sharpest definition of your self. You should know it...Fear needs to become your friend, so that you are no longer uncomfortable with it." David Deida - The way of the superior man This is one of the reason, I removed all distractions so I could witness my dramas, fears, discomforts and resistances fully emerge and release/accept them. "...We could say that those who are 'self-accepting' also tend be more 'self-actualizing' than those who do not accept themselves. That is, self-acceptance is a major component of realizing your fullest potential. This is very simple, but it is often overlooked and rarely practiced by most people - who are usually found beating themselves up and disapproving of themselves all day long." - Larry Crane I did acceptance drill on "feeling wanting love"and "feeling lacking love" and now I feel such a great relief. RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - SurferJoy - 10-06-2014 Stage 1 - Day 12 * Had frightening dreams last night * Woke up with a lot of fear today * I had to deal with a series of copyright claims on my Youtube channel. But, it ended just fine as the copyright holder whitelisted my entire channel. * It was a good idea to remove distractions of my life as I found out I have more time for what really matter such as developing my business. *It also allowed me to go deeper with my releasing because I have greater clarity. I did sessions on the fear of death/living. RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - Ace - 10-06-2014 I love reading your posts. RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - SurferJoy - 10-09-2014 @Ace thanks Stage 1 - Day 15 I was very tired during the last 3 days. I slept really a lot. I can't say what is causing this tiredness. This aside, I noticed that I have a better posture and more open and expanded aura. I feel less vulnerable. Thanks to the decision of walking through life in the direction of fearlessness and thanks also to the Energy Drill which help a lot. Energy drill - 5 minutes routine My thinking pattern is also slightly improving in the sense that I'm thinking more in term of what is possible rather than in terms of "I cannot do it". I also finished my reading of John Alexander's Alpha Male book. It's an OK read but I much prefer Wild Night by David Deida, What Women Want by W.Anton and The Presence Process by Michael Brown. RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - SurferJoy - 10-15-2014 Stage 1 - Day 21 Ok, some progress to report. I run a large youtube channel and until recently I was in avoidance toward negative comments on my videos. I would not read them and in some case, I would delete the personal attacks type of comment. This is no longer the case, now, I just don't care what viewers think of me and this is very freeing. Today, a viewer wrote me a long list of insults under one of my most popular video. I didn't feel bad about it. I was quite amused by the passion invested in the comment and for the first time,I replied to such personal attack. I replied in what I think is a strict and constructive way. I put this on AM6. I also feel abnormally joyful, more than usual. Its possibly a side of effect of long releasing session. This is a bonus. RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - adam225 - 10-15-2014 Realise that these people who are *trying* to insult you have issues and are not where they want to be in life - after all, why would a person in good psychology health who's life was going great feel the need to bitch, insult, or fault pick ? RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - SurferJoy - 10-21-2014 @adam225 , yes, sometimes, I have the impression that they do this to simply attract attention by starting flame wars. Stage 1 -Day 27 I have some concerns, one of my friend invited me to travel with her in a mountain trip. I don't know how I will be able to keep up listening to AM6 during those days. We are probably going to spend most if not all our time together. Have you been in a similar situation, if yes, what have you done about it? Thanks RE: SurferJoy's AM6 journal - JackOfHearts - 10-21-2014 You listen with your phone or mp3 player. If she ask you what you are listening you tell her it's a music that help you relax. Which is a bit true. |
