if i might add the headaches are something that i feel too, but its not an actual headache like it does not hurt it feels like something is altering in my brain or like it's being operated in some way and fighting resistance and its harmless, although i'm overdosing on the subliminals alot and so i feel tired at times too i have been using this for 2 days now so i'm not really sure whats going on.
