RE: Alpha Male Training - Incredulity - PV2Armstrong - 02-01-2013 Another thing that I've been curious about is how there are usually three different tracks for each stage: Ocean Surf, Trickling Stream, and Silent. How do I know for certain when to use each? Actually, I've been thinking of creating a schedule for me to know for sure when to use each track while I'm going through each stage. They all contain the same script - you can choose which one(s) you want to listen to. I myself listen to the ultrasonic (silent) one most of the time, but I open the ocean surf first to adapt the volume of the ultrasonic one. Just don't listen to them all at once . RE: Alpha Male Training - Incredulity - Shannon - 02-01-2013 Yes, I create three variants per stage so that there is something for everyone. Some people find ocean surf annoying, or trickling stream or can't play the ultrasonic. I want them to be maximally useful. RE: Alpha Male Training - Incredulity - PV2Armstrong - 02-01-2013 I forgot to mention: If this audio program works, I just might recommend it for future patients of the Behavior Health department in the U.S. Army. That would be excellent. I am working on something for the stress disorder that long deployment and combat vets develop also, but that is a complex issue and will take a little time. I'd like to see that program get some play among veterans as well when it comes out. |
