I think it depends on how much you have of each.
If you think of them as interdependent, the strength of each determines the outcome of OF.
If your guilt and shame are weak, the destruction of fear will cause them to fade without the support of fear to keep them alive.
If your guilt and shame are strong, they will regenerate or resurrect fear after its destruction.

yeah and i believe where you come from has a huge influence on this, the way you were raised and traditions etc etc, did you grow up feeling guilt for having sex or feeling it was passionate etc.
did u feel shame because u always wanted to talk to a girl but u are not supposed to and therefore you feel guilty for wanting it and therefore you start having a fear from women?
yea it goes that far, you probably don't have that but there are many people like that and they don't even know, btw i just give examples on women because its simple.

It doesn't discount OF. It simply approaches a wider area of issue. Not everyone has serious issues with guilt and shame.

Now that over coming Fear guilt and shame has come out and is now on the shelves,here at Indigo Mind,I will be purchasing that New Title Version of this program. I STILL Have the CD from the former company which,distributed & sold Shannon's work,this prgram title but it is the 3g version of Overcoming Fear Guilt and Shame, that was 2 1/2 years ago though.The Use of this New title in prep for either Alpha Male 5.0 in 4g or BAMM in 5g OE,depends on when I "get there' meaning,when I feel IM done with or complete with OFGS by Spring if not sooner,depends,could take longer. Keith.
