Three days, as promised!
I finished the final day last night, and while I think my PortaPro are failing (I have to bump it so the sound doesn't turn 'hollow'), I should have gotten most of it. Starting Stage 2 tonight!
Now.. where to start.
Summary of Alpha Female, Stage 1:
Well, there's been a lot of emotions and conflicts. A LOT. It's like the insecurities sabotaged my conscious mind. Then I finally decided to just let it all go. Why carry it with you, you know? The past's gonna be there anyway, for better or for worse.
I had a lot of arguments with family, but they have settled down. Now it's no more than usual
. On a positive note, I am less afraid of saying what I feel and think. Of course, I do retain some note of decency, but it feels good to be more authentic. Oh, and I got into an exercise schedule again!
Well, that's it to be honest. I am sure there are minor things that could be told, but those I can't remember at the moment.

I have that too. I just speak up, and as you said with decency. It still surprises me to hear the stuff that just naturally comes out of my mouth, no effort required.

It's uplifting to now that you've had similar results. That makes me look even more forward to what stage 2 will bring.
