Cycle 8 (Days 96–109)
The usual. Six ultrasonic loops overnight on my iPhone sitting next to my bed, at 14/16 volume.
Still nothing. No shifting in the grief and pain, and nothing on the AutoConfig side yet. Cycles 6–8 have been no earplug, continuous runs overnight, verified that it’s playing by using a spectrum viewer app on my iPad and computer.
The next cycle starts on Thursday, and we’ll see if anything starts going.

Cycle 9 (Days 110–123)
Still nothing to report. I’ve started doing work with a therapist using a bilateral stimulation modality, and that seems to be chipping away at things a bit, so fingers crossed.
I’m continuing on the UH train for now but given that I’m not sensing anything at work, not even the autoconfig, I’m not super hopeful about it.

Money is not an issue with me (as you’ve probably noticed me trying sub after sub hoping something will help), and in terms of “continuing to make progress”, I can’t say that’s happening here, even after four months. It’s likely that I’m going to jump to OF4.

Nothing to report. It seems like OF4 is coming soon so I think this will be it for UH. Hopefully it can break through where the previous subs haven’t.

Same. I’m ending my UH only a couple weeks early but i feel like OF V4 and the subs beyond that will be powerful
