Have you tried keto diet? I started 2 months ago. I was 30% when I started now I’m around 19%. I do cheat days 2 x a month. It’s extreme strict version I am doing now.

Hey, that is a good result man! Congrats! I've tried Keto but generally, I am following Carnivore diet, influenced by Jordan Peterson & Shawn Baker. But I'm still experimenting what kind of diet is good for me coz I have a huge appetite--a conditioned made when I was 38 BMI months ago.

Care to share more your "extreme-strict version of Keto?"

Career update:

I just got a promotion, two of my projects are growing (social media & podcast), and I'm building professional relationships here and there--mostly caused by utilizing social media to brand my name.

Self-development:

I'm learning a lot (I guess?) because I've been attending webinars and online courses but I'm troubled on how to utilize it. This is the moment I understand the distinction between information, knowledge, and wisdom.

Subliminal usage

Been using it inconsistently and to "fix it" I usually hit multiple loops on weekends. Furthermore, I am disincentivized to use UMS. Been thinking of switching to OF--especially considering the latest FRM.

... we'll see

Overall, I like UMS.

Why disincentivized?

Coz I want to use OF lol

But a bit reluctant with the daily commitment: "Use this program 6 loops per day..."

I think I'm going to wait and see for a bit.

UMS journey. Bought in July 2019.

1st run: July - October 2019
2nd run: March - June 2020

Its been a good ride and, obviously, I already got my ROI!

Now, moving on to OF 5.75G.

Today I ran OF 3 times or half of what's instructed because  I felt a severe headache entering the second play and I can't stand it. And as of this writing, I still feel it.

I'm using Trickling Stream (Hybrid) passively while doing my day job with 35% of maximum volume.

If we take into account the types of resistance, I think I am experiencing: Type 10: Scorched Earth Tactics - Causing mental, physical (headaches, stomach/intestinal cramping, muscle aches, etc.), emotional, or some other form of pain which pushes the user in the direction of stopping the program.

Level of pain: 6-7
Area: Left said at the back.

*tagging @Shannon to take this data

PS: Here's the link for the types of resistance Shannon made.

If you're getting resistance, and especially that specific type, I suggest you switch to Ultrasonic format. Don't reduce the loops, because then you're just caving to the resistance. If it continues for more than a few days of Ultrasonic exposure, try masked format. The key is to approach gently enough that you don't trigger that sort of reaction, but firmly enough to make progress still.

I was actually getting headaches/migraines as well exhaustion when I was listening to ultrasonic for the first week but then the last couple of days I’ve switched to masked around 8-10 clicks out of 16 on iPhone and it has all subsided for the time being

Good.  The key is getting to initial execution.  We can make progress, and from there do other things later if desired.

The headache is still there. Albeit is not as painful.

Interestingly, I am craving to use OF more than ever and I am not that tired. Very different experience compares to UMS. When running UMS, despite only doing it 2x a day, I feel tired.

At the same time, I feel the sense of regret buying OF.

Very very interesting.

Went to a bar last night to attend my friend's party. To be frank, I just met him, and some of his friends a few weeks ago and being invited to his whole group naturally means I should be awkward, right? But, dang no!

I was so relaxed and blending in quite naturally to the point where he said, "You have high EQ man! So high!"

Yes, it was a great night. Vibe~

If you're craving using OF more than 6 loops a day, are you letting yourself do that? And why would you regret buying it?

RE: TouchyCat's Subliminal Journey [UMS > OF] - TouchyCat - 08-01-2020

Can't believe I've been running OF for a month. How time flies ?️??️

It is kinda hard for me to describe and articulate what OF done to me. But I can say, confidently, that OF made me exhausted and calm. Maybe as time goes by I can articulate my OF experience in a more descriptive way.

(07-10-2020, 06:17 AM)Shannon Wrote: If you're craving using OF more than 6 loops a day, are you letting yourself do that?  And why would you regret buying it?

Yes. I let myself play more than 6 loops a day to satisfy my craving. Entering the second cycle I disregard ASRB and run OF 24/7. Continuously in low volume. I am treating it as background music, it just plays while I am working, watching YouTube videos, etc. (Obviously through a different speaker.)

I am craving for more OF. Is this also a resistance?

Anyway, when I look back on why I regret buying OF I believe it is caused by irrationality. Frankly, I am feeling something is "off" when running OF and I associated this feeling with money. "Why would I spent $100+ on this?"

Yet, at the same time, I am keen to buy AM7 despite knowing it will cost more. The inconsistency of thoughts combined with the "I am feeling something is off" caused me to feel... regret.

Weird.

Anyway, I don't feel that way now Big Grin
