If any of you have a recommendation for an audio device I can use to later run SM3 that would be great!

Thanks

Cell phone.  The volumes are calculated very specifically and the only way I can know that you're getting the volume the way I calculated it is if you play it through a cell phone at the volume specified, and through the speakers.

Any other device will have too many variables in play for me to know you're getting the right volume, and if you don't, it will not give the best results that it can.

GF has three different infections right now, and I am apparently fighting off her lung infection, which has us both exhausted and I can't get a stable answer from the models. So it's coming... thank you for your patience. Whatever;'s going on right now, I'm really tired of all the infections from this last few months.

Feel better Shannon!
Wow it seems like sickness after sickness

It has been.  Sje's been sick for 3-4 months straight, and I have been off and on for the same amount of time.

Quote:I would like to point out my friend and I take some vitamin d fish oil and Chinese herbs like ginseng and reishi
And with have noticed we are sick less than others
Maybe that can help

Anyway feel better you and the gf

Thank you for the suggestion.  We've been taking a lot of vitamin and other supplements.  I need to buy more of the fish oil and the mushroom based immune support.  It's not helping as much as I would like.  I have noted that about every 7 years, I go through a period of 3-9 months of this stuff, where everything that can go wrong, does go wrong.  It's been like this for three or four months now... hopefully we don't have to go the whole 9 this time.  But it's not just health it affects, it's everything.  This business got kneecapped recently by a series of unexpected major changes to our staff, and the fallout from that is still being repaired.  That, plus several other issues, has prevented us from finishing things like the payment processors, and we will be forced to change banks as well.  It's also filtered into my personal life, affecting my car, my health, my house, etc. etc.  I'm hoping I have finished having new things fall on me, and now I'm in the process of trying to catch up and get it all dealt with ASAP.

Personally my gut health seemed to be fine and dandy while Shannon's products simply worked as advertised for me, no issues with my immune system as well thanks to the gut-brain axis mentioned above.

Thank you for the information.  I'll take a look at this.  I've been trying to learn more about this.

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 8 - AbundanceCH - 04-04-2024

Is there leeway for the instructions on volume? After having listened to so many subs for so long and sometimes a little too loud i've done damage to my hearing where I can't listen to subs too loud for too long. I try to go as close to the volume on the instructions but sometimes it's not possible. This has prevented me from re-listening to old subs I have (which required 8+ hours a day) and having to wait for them to be rebuilt with newer tech which requires less listening times.

Are the volume instructions more like a guideline and will we still get results as long as it's loud enough for us to hear the audio? I hope there's leeway when it comes to the volume.

The volume I calculate is the volume at which the most people will get the best results.  Use that volume whenever possible, and stay as close as possible otherwise.  Also try using the Masked version at the specified volume to see if that helps.

Shannon,

Any estimate on when E7 with DRS can come out? Would really benefit from that.

No idea.  I'm a bit overloaded with everything at the moment.  The sub I had planned for the next build is not E7, though.  Just trying to get this ME v3 finished.  Too much going on for me to make plans beyond that.

Is ME length + girth next?

No.  We had almost nobody buy anything but length last time, and so I am only building length this time.  It was only built at all because CatMan wanted it so badly.  I have removed the specifications in the script to only allow growth as length, so it should increase length and girth proportionately.  There will be no more builds of ME until 6G from here.

I was also looking forward to length + girth ME. Mentioning this in case if it helps to decide.

The decision was made many months ago.  I really shouldn't have built this one.  I should have waited until 6G to do any of these again.  Building three variants isn't going to happen again.  I'll do a poll for which variant to build in 6G.

What was your experience with v2?

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 8 - samba99 - 04-06-2024

Shannon,

Is it possible at all to build a sub that is a mix of sex attraction and money?

Seriously you can be building alot of great subs, but these two areas will be the most selling, since most of us desire these.

I see myself constantly battling between running DMSI or money magnet.

Is there a way to script a program of becoming our best version of both of these areas at the same time?

I am not sure if maverick is the closest to this thing or not

Please give your thoughts

RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Thread, Vol. 8 - K-Train - 04-06-2024

I saw that Brain Optimizer is next in line. I'm very excited for this program and I'm curious to see how it stacks up in comparison to laser focus and MLS. In addition, I'm curious to see how it affects ADHD. Thank you so much Shannon for even considering making this. I look forward to journaling the experience when it is released. I assume Brain Optimizer is a bit of a descendent from Hormone Optomizer but just with a focus on improving the brain's natural neurotransmitters for improved cognitive performance?

I can build such a thing, but it would have to wait for 6G because of the size of the script, and it would probably be self defeating.  Sex attraction costs money, which works directly against the money making part, which is why you don't see programs like that.  Knowing that, you still think it's something you'd like to see me consider?
