why not run stage 7 for a set period of time, I must have ran stage 7 for a year, am6 is a beast.

I'll use stage 7 later before starting SM3

Trust me, 30 goals is nothing for your subconscious.  Current subs have a lot more than that just in the Skeleton Script, before we ever add the Key Script, which is what the title is designed to accomplish as it's stated goal.  

The question is, how fast can you grow?  That's the real limiter.  That's also why people do 2-3 runs of AM6.  It's not that AM6 is weak, it's that it's asking a lot of growth, and that not only takes time, but a lot of people try to fight it.

Why wait 2-4 weeks before starting a new subliminal?

1. Rest.  Your subconscious is working hard on AM6.
2. Allowing pure execution mode, instead of the usual input>unpack>process>execute cycle.  This is potentially where you can get a surge of results, even if you don't see them at the conscious level right away.
3. Allowing your subconscious to stop doing what the program is trying to do at it's own pace.  This avoids turbulence.

If you want to be impatient and wait 1 week or not at all, you can do that, but it's not going to be as beneficial for you, and you may end up with turbulence.  It is recommended that you take a break until you feel like you're no longer executing the program's script, or for 2 weeks, whichever is better in your estimation.

#3 is not guaranteed to result in confidence.

So #1 is what you want for the time being, I think.

How are you doing today Shannon? How is your 'paced' recovery going?
Youthing ,anti-aging 6G, can't come soon enough , down the road. I'll be 66 in Late May ,and Man oh man, AM I FEELING IT ,too !!
I find it unacceptable ( spoken in a Leonard Nimoy - Mr. Spock, tone ). Doing all I can to shift this unnecessary "unfoldment", I AM not interested in falling apart at any age!! NO energy, low energy!?? Bolloacks, Mate, Bollacks!!
All the best for the both of ya, in recouperating and recovering from the 'incident- accidents' ! K-Man.

The anti aging might be a long time away BUT what about an anti wrinkle sub? something to make our face/neck without wrinkles and youthful again? Maybe hair can be added but i'm guessing that would just make the sub too complicated.

I wonder if that can be done for now while we wait for the real anti- aging sub that de-ages our organs and our whole body etc.

About 2 weeks is what I aim for 
Also it can be nice to enjoy this rest

I want to start OPH 5.10
I have a skin condition it's an autoimmune disease
Also have some kind of fibromyalgia which prevents me from working out

I understand promises cannot be made however I fully believe my subconscious mind/universe can heal me from anything.
Moving forward with another 6 month program will not be the right choice when my health could be better for the job.
For example DMSI and SM can drain some energy from the body.
And before starting something else I want to be in a very good physical condition.
I hope I'll achieve it!
I've bought OPH 5.10 on last year sale
And been waiting to run it since around December Smile

Because AM6 is a program I ran all night long, it affected my sleep to some level.
Even though I used the silent version
That's not a big problem I'm just counting the positive aspects of having a short break

A thought came to mind:
Alpha Male or a program like that could have a small script for a better health.
I read somewhere in the past someone suggested the same thing and the reply was : Alpha Male program is not for physical healing. Also that most people need emotional healing rather than a physical one.

I understand that but most people who have a mental energy blockage will experience a physical one.
In today's world a physical condition became unfortunately a common thing.
It's easier to be Alpha when you are strong like a bull and have tons of energy!
Even though theoretically speaking I can find counter examples of an old man who is an Alpha maybe a Hugh Hefner comes to mind - however the guy needed a pill to get it up and couldn't hear a thing at some point. His body betrayed him.

I'm sure looking back and having the experience of living life you might think about health more than before
Maybe you even thought about that idea yourself
It will not surprise me Smile
We are not getting younger

I don't necessarily look for any guidance here I'm just sharing my thoughts

I have apparently been a lot more overloaded and exhausted than I realized.  Resting feels good.

I'm getting ready to start working on anti-aging components, so that when I have a free time slot in 6G I can start working on building that Anti-Aging program.  But it's not going to be worth trying to do in anything less than 6G, from what I can tell, and we are likely to need more than one try to get whatever is possible to do done right in 6G and later as well.

I'm 50, and starting to experience that aging stuff too.  I get it.  But I can't go faster than I can go, as frustrating as that is.  Lately, for at least the last few months, I have also been going through what seems to be some sort of major disruption and shit's falling out of the sky regularly on me.  Evey time something falls out of the sky it prevents me from dealing with the last thing until this new thing is dealt with, and then something new falls on me!  I'm 6 or 7 levels deep now, trying as fast as I can to get this solved and accomplished, but it isn't letting me make much progress.  I'm hoping that the things happening recently indicate that I have reached maximum shit-depth and now I can start making headway.

But we'll be on Anti-Aging ASAP.  I just don't want to put something out that isn't the best I can do.

Zero pressure from me, Take your, ever loving, time Man,as much as you need, You and your  MoonLight Lady, as well:-) As blunt as this May be its Truth, if you're not around to do anything like that, that only you can, then what's the point anyway...again, yawl take you ever loving time, and heal as needed,which is exactly what you're doing!! Good deal!!

 The Anti aging thing sounds good, really good infact. I Know too,its  down the road a piece. I know It'll be stupendous, when it finally arrives ,I aslo know that you dont do things half assed, either, so thank you for that consistent level of integrity and higher standard, as weird as that may sound.
Oh well, its sincere and genuine.

 I genuinely hope that you can get things down to 0.5 levels deep and are able to to do all that you want to and desire, work wise and other wise. 
 Stay groovy and Happy Easter weekend to yawl, as well. Keith.

What I am expecting is that anti-aging is going to be a significant challenge, regardless of how much time and effort I have spent previously on research into the subject.  I think the Anti-Aging sub in 6G (AAS) will be the best I can make it, but there will be multiple versions of it necessary to get it where I want it, because I can't know what I don't yet know.  But we will get there.  I'm really looking forward to 6G and AAS.  But remember that this is extremely advanced stuff, and some of this may be things nobody has ever done before, so don't think it's going to be a "one try and done" type thing.  We'll be making incremental improvements until we reach what is possible to do through subliminals over time, and hopefully, that is going to be achieving the ability to reverse the aging process to some amount and then slow it down significantly after that.  But we can never lose sight of the fact that I don't make the rules, I just play by them, and it may turn out that subliminals aren't the right medium for achieving all this stuff. So we have to be cautiously optimistic, but not blow it into unrealistic hopes, dreams or expectations.  Let's see what actually happens, and then try to improve on that.

Have you ever thought making a sub combining Optimal Physical Healing, Exercise Motivation along with a nutritional and a hormone optimizer for functional movement maybe even combine a good sleep hygeine and posture when sitting at office. The idea being to prime the mind and body to work at peak funtion and avoid illness. From creating a balanced lifestyle with daily movement and health eating (using both to repair and restore the body). Even one that kinda attracts the right people and envirnoment to help with accountability and social support? (Pretty much creating a healthy lifestyle using the 3 pillars of movement, nutrition, and sleep/recovery)

I think this will be good sell and even might be benefical have as a way to help with other subs (as far as physical symptoms and anxiety since physical fitness helps with those things)

Just an idea wanted to know your thoughts.

Wow it seems like sickness after sickness

I would like to point out my friend and I take some vitamin d fish oil and Chinese herbs like ginseng and reishi 
And with have noticed we are sick less than others
Maybe that can help

Personally my gut health seemed to be fine and dandy while Shannon's products simply worked as advertised for me, no issues with my immune system as well thanks to the gut-brain axis mentioned above.

Hmm, interesting idea.  It's complex enough that I'll need to spend some time contemplating it before I make up my mind about if I think it's a good idea to try to build it.  OPH is a relatively complex sub all by itself.  That script may need modification to fit with what you seem to be aiming for here.  But worth some time to think about for sure.  Have you posted this in one of the request subforums?
