Agree with all of this. I would add, if possible, a short (20 min?) but intense subliminal (now that you are close to shifting state rapidly) that gets you in the perfect mental state for demonstrating all you have learned (extreme recall/focus/calm-but-alert/mental-verbal-written fluidity etc.).

The point being, using Jonathan's example, you could listen to the subs for many months for the MCAT, then, when you are ready to take the MCAT, bust out the 20 min prep subliminal to make sure you really nail it. Would apply to any other examination situation as well.

That would be amazing!

1. Make learning more fun.
   
2. When learning, focus on learning.
   
3. When focusing, focus fully.
   
4. Maximize success of learning at maximum speed and recalling information.
   
5. Enhance motivation to learn, and stay on task with learning.
   
6. Enhance ability to learn, comprehend, and remember what is learned. (This is more of a secondary approach to something already in the script.)
   
7. Neutralize any fear of learning or situations in which recall becomes critical, and replace it with calm, comfortable confidence and enjoyment regarding learning, recall and proving what one has learned.
