I also have a lot of knowledge relating to health as I have overcome a lot myself. The headaches could be allot of things. Most likely an imbalance of minerals and or inflammation. I know you went through chemo. That is very toxic to the body. It could take years to get homeostasis back in the body. I cut out a lot of toxic foods. Wheat, sugar, meats. I only eat organic foods and grass fed meats from local farms. I would recommend getting a hair mineral analsys done. It's not that expensive. It would show which minerals are out of balance and if you have any heavy metal poisoning . Which I found out from my report I had heavy metal poisioning in 3 metals aluminum was 150% over the toxic level and I had detoxed for almost a year before the test. And was anemic and have some severe mineral imbalances. Also have heard capsaicin and melatonin can be helpful. I was finished with chemotherapy in 1997. I started getting these headaches about 8 years ago. They last about 2 weeks a year, and each year they are at a different level of intensity. They always show up during the same time of year. The only "medication" that ever did anything (and only occasionally, and only if I took it asap) was the allergy sinus/nasal decongestant/headache pills you can get OTC. But the same pills without the decongestant don't do a thing. Furthermore, GPR10 clears them very well, and it also clears sinus headaches well, but migraines less so. I eat very little gluten already, but even experimenting with eating saitan (pure gluten "noodles") when Andrew was visiting me, did not produce headaches. It did make me spacey and out of it, and showed me that I have to eat gluten sparingly, if at all. But no headaches. Finally, they almost never happen at night, or in the morning. It is almost always in the afternoon, which corresponds to when the sun has had time to warm the ground and air, causing more wind and rain. All this has led me to conclude that they are most likely caused by:

I'll look up your journal to find out some more specifics. I agree with RTBoss, it's hard to believe that nootropics could do anything other than increase effectiveness. If not directly, then indirectly. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - maxx55 - 03-31-2016 (03-31-2016, 05:53 AM)RTBoss Wrote: Dude, don't let one person's experience make your decision for you. Don't get me wrong. The thing is from what I've researched, it's debatable whether or not it's fine to take nootropics before 25 when the brain has been fully developed. I'm only 20 right now and I don't feel like I really need them. I was so tempted to order the free bottle yesterday to try it, but it's mainly for safety reasons I haven't. His negative experience was just the feather on top of the cons list that made me think to avoid it for now. Regardless, I do believe that if someone used nootropics extensively before coming to subs, most likely it'll enhance their results when they do use subs. If anyone has found anything that proves for sure that nootropics are safe at my age, I'd be happy to take a look and re-evaluate. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - chaosvrgn - 03-31-2016 Nootropics + Subliminals have literally brought me from the brink of the death. Seriously. I considered myself part of the "Walking Dead" before nootropics, as I spent most of my time secluded in the house, binge watching sci-fi shows on Netflix and wondering when I'd just die. I stumbled across nootropics purely by accident -- at least that's what I thought at the time, but now that I know more about quantum mechanics, manifestation and the nature of the universe, I realize that effects from my subliminal usage was rippling "backward" in time, or what we perceive as "backward." Whether you believe that last sentence or not is irrelevant, it happens. But anyway, I gave piracetam and oxiracetam a shot and it CHANGED MY LIFE. Sooner or later though, I started to grow annoyed with the fact that it felt like I was merely covering up symptoms. About a year later, I found IML and grabbed AM6 (to this date, the only sub I've really ran). I'll put it like this: AM6 +regularl Noopept dosage (haven't really tried the others much since sub use) and the occasional molecule F (a phero) is the most life-changing combination I've ever experienced. A few days ago, I notice someone posted something about an IQ Booster subliminal. Thing is, since using AM6 I've become noticeably smarter and more productive in every sense of the word. I was even going to ask Shannon if he snuck some kind of IQ booster in AM6, but I came to the conclusion that it might be OGSF at play -- solutions to issues manifesting that I was too afraid to try before, or just more confidence in my decisions, leading to the appearance that I've grown smarter, when in actuality, it was always there and just hampered by fear. Either way, whatever's in AM6, mixed with Noopept's anxiolytic and deep focus causing properties has turned me into a productive powerhouse. I've tried pretty much every nootropic out there, and I can give you my first hand, honest experiences if you're still interested. Since you're young, someone's gonna inevitably recommend phenibut because of how fun and social it makes you. I'll say this -- phenibut rocks. You'll feel amazing. So amazing that you'll ignore the warnings not to use it more than once a week. And then you'll experience the withdrawals. I'd say stay away from that particular one. So personally, I don't see how nootropics would actually interfere with the sub, and I never had any issues. What DID interfere with the sub was when I tried doing a number of manifestation techniques once. Within a few hours, I started experience terrible resistance. I think what I was trying to manifest (a job) was leading me in a different direction than the sub (which has helped me realize my lifelong dream of being a full time entrepreneur). But anyway, that's my rambling take. Hope you get something from it. EDIT: Shannon, I know you said this is outside of your realm of knowledge, but could you still theorize or make a recommendation? Dude, your post sounds so inspiring! I'd love to know more about your results of Noopept, AM6, and molecule F! I'll look for your journal. I'm guessing molecule F is TAF? I've read about it being good for more physicality around girls. I've been taking a break from pheros and I tend to stay away from single molecules, but I heard good things about that one. Even though phenibut is supposed to be limited use, does it still have permanent effects over cycled intervals in the long run? I'll look into the nootropics you mentioned to see if they're safe at my age. At the very least, I'm pretty open to just trying a sample bottle and using the stuff for 14 days to see what happens ![]() RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - rayrocanaldo - 03-31-2016 What does active manifestation mean ? RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Asanti - 03-31-2016 Shannon, do you think you could add "overcome fear (guilt and shame) related to healing" module to MHS 5.5G? Deservedness of healing and staying healed, making yourself comfortable with the prosess of healing, believe in yourself that you can heal... Some people have been injured for a longer time (few years?) - like me and they got used to this situation - it might be somehow scary to start healing. I know it sounds strange, but that's how it is. and Shannon, do you think it could be beneficial to add module related to the circulation of blood to the injured body parts (such as knees). They don't heal, coz there is not enough circulation of blood to knees, right? RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - chaosvrgn - 04-01-2016 (03-31-2016, 06:52 PM)maxx55 Wrote: Dude, your post sounds so inspiring! I'd love to know more about your results of Noopept, AM6, and molecule F! I'll look for your journal. I actually don't have a journal yet. ![]() Yeah, Molecule F is TAF -- and don't shy away from individual molecules, sometimes they're the most fun to play with. I've never actually used TAF for attraction purposes, only the self-effects. I've developed a number of tried and true combinations for certain situations, less on the attraction side and more so for productivity and mental alchemy work. Honestly, when going out, I usually just throw one or more of the general PheroXS blends (usually xIST + Taboo + sometimes P79 + P114). The focus of my life right now is mostly internal work and business. That being said, if you're interested in meditation, nootropics, manifestation and experimenting with the mind, try this (and use at your own risk): AM6 (doesn't have to be running at that moment) + Noopept + Unifiram + The Thinker (a phero from PheroXS), and then practice the Middle Pillar meditation / ritual. Watch what happens, but try not to fall asleep (sometimes I'll drink a Red Bull to stay awake). I slowly descend into a blissful, floaty trance, and at that point I can literally stand by and objectively observe to (what I think) is some kind of communication between the subconscious and conscious mind. I can ask it questions, and receive answers. I used this method to write the first few drafts (of I think will be) one of my greatest stories, currently in screenplay form. It's essentially a hypersigil. Anyway, rambling again. At the end of the day, there's so much more to life and existence than we've been conditioned to see and the only way you'll discover it is through experimentation and self-discovery. "Fate" didn't bring you here to ask these questions, and it's fear that's stopping you from proceeding. EDIT: Forgot to answer your phenibut question. To each their own with that one. It FEELS AMAZING... but I apparently lacked the self-control not to abuse it, so after I got over those withdrawals, I threw it in the trash.
