The reason I ask is because I like to drink Matcha Tea for the health benefits but it has caffeine in it. It's a shame because it's VERY good for you, but if it derails DMSI I don't drink it as much as I'd like. The trouble with decaf tea is the health benefits are minimal compared to matcha tea. And if I stopped drinking wine the girl might fear I'm just trying to get her drunk while staying sober myself. But, I appreciate your efforts. If it doesn't turn out to work then that's fine. I'll deal with it. Thanks Shannon. I don't drink, and that's a hard rule, and you're welcome to do as you please, but that's how I roll. That way they know it has nothing to do with you trying to get them drunk. If they drink, and how much they drink, is on them. I don't touch women who have been drinking anyway, since these days, even fully sober she can just say you did XYZ and destroy your whole life, no matter how insane what she claims you did is. Add in alcohol and it just makes it easier for her. Fuck that. I don't think it is going to be too difficult to override caffeine, but I am not sure yet what can be done realistically. I mean, will the aura and effects of the program be lessened for as long as the caffeine is in your system or what? And then, how does dmsi compare to before the caffeine? So let's say you had 2 months of perfect dmsi use under your belt, then decide to have some caffeine. Then, when the caffeine is out of your system, is dmsi back to full strength or are we at square one now? For most people the optimal dominant brainwave frequency is most likely going to be between 6.3 and 9 Hz as a result of the state shifting and autopiloting. Caffeine drags it into the higher Beta ranges. 18 to 22 Hz, if memory serves. I reserve the right to be wrong here, because I haven't seen the specifics in a long time. But you can see it's definitely not going to put you where you want to be for optimal flow and execution. Of course it depends on how much caffeine you ingest. I don't have data on how much is too much, etc. You may want to do some experiments for yourself. It may simply not be possible to do, and if it's not, then you'll have to learn to politely decline alcohol and use decaf tea. Fair enough. The thing about matcha is it calms the body while stimulating the mind. Monks use it for meditation and I know you've said meditation was bad for dmsi as well. But ok, I'll test it out and see Thanks Shannon. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion Volume 3 - Fluffy - 06-18-2018 Yeah I have switched over to decaf Tea, mostly. I have one normal Tea in the morning, but I am sure it won't be that hard to twitch over that one cup, aswell. Shannon, when you can get around to it any chance of a Deep Gratitude and Appreciation focusfire sub?
