That is pretty mind boggling to think of RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - maxx55 - 10-08-2015 Just the idea of spending 30 min.-1 hr a day only to load a sub and have my subconscious repeat it for the rest of the day...that's awesome and would be great for saving time! RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Geodude - 10-08-2015 @Shannon I love your sales page for BASE 2.1. It's clear and easy to understand. I like how the modules with their corresponding stages are listed, as well as the description of each module. Not only that, you even described the technologies better. It can be off-putting when, as a consumer, you get on the sales pages and see stuff like "Optimus Engine" and "Slipstream Technology". The average person would inevitably be confused by such terms for an MP3. I know I was, and I have high intelligence. Anyway, criticism aside, the sale page is by far the best yet. I'd love it if the other six-stage subs received the same treatment on their respective pages. Keep up the great work! RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Shawn - 10-08-2015 Point 42 in the BASE description isn't bold - in opposite to the other points there. But I agree with Geodude, great description. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - AlphaRomeo - 10-08-2015 ^^^^^While we are at it (otherwise great work as always by Shannon), the bullet point 18 is confusing: "...enhancing and obviating courage..." I have asked about it more in detail here: http://subliminal-talk.com/thread-5908-post-85682.html#pid85682 I hope this is just a possible mistake in description, not reflected in the script (especially now that Shannon has just corrected the previous one) RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Dubls - 10-08-2015 (10-07-2015, 08:54 PM)Shannon Wrote: Reality, as I have seen again and again, is ultimately a very subjective thing. It begins within you based on what you assume to be true, and then you act on those assumptions, thus making them true externally. This is all exciting in theory, but is such rapid change healthy? In bypassing years of junk programming with 30 or 60 minutes of exposure, can there really be no fallout? RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Jakeb203 - 10-08-2015 I've had instances during 5Gs that I found my behaviors quite uncomfortable. Especially the raise of status part in AM6 where you start becoming self-sufficient and gaining that IDGAF attitude, some of my acquaintances simply find it distracting as they felt I was neglecting them while being antagonistic towards them. There were indeed moments I realized, "crap I did not just do that/say that" and had seconds of insecurities after. I hope 6G can completely eliminate this issue. It's reasonable to assume there would be fallout however, especially because rapid change is seen as a myth in society. We're constantly told over and over that change takes time, so when something new comes along that challenges that there's obviously going to be some fear or hesitation involved because it goes against everything we've been told. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - AlphaRomeo - 10-09-2015 ^^^^While there is truth in that, rabid change in itself is nothing new. It might freak out the general public to certain degree, but if you are closely familiar with rapid change it will probably not trigger such a reaction in you when using the program. Maybe Shannon could have some kind of dedicated "education" section on the website to challenge the bs society programming and dis-spell some myths once the 6G technology arrives...so people would be better informed. Of course many would still read it with skeptical mindset but it might help especially if there were further resources and maybe some video demonstration on the change for regular people etc. Just a thought. Personally I'm against rapid change. People can't handle it. It's like having a seed INSTANTLY turn into a GIANT tree. The tree is going to just tip over at the slightest gust of wind because it won't have the roots it needs to stay standing and it's not possible for us to have instant ROOTS, because our roots come from experience. If you don't believe it just hand someone a million dollars and count the days as it vanishes into nothing. It'll happen every time with every person because they don't have the EXPERIENCE, so the rapid change is not a good thing. If someone else gets that same million but they have to get it over time, then, OVER TIME, they will realize they are spending too much too fast and they will learn how to have and keep the million dollars. They'll grow their roots while the person that got it instantly is just going to tip over. The only acception is if the person was already a millionaire or already on their way to be one. And I suppose there will be a HUGE minority of people that could go from nothing to rich and maintain it, but that's such a low percentage of people it's irrelevant. Rapid change can occur NLP wise I suppose but usually it's a shallow and very non permanent change. It's like people are brainwashed into thinking they changed just long enough for the 'demonstration' but if you were to follow these people afterwards, you would see that no real change took place. I'll prob read 6g journals for a year or a few years before ever trying it. Sounds wayyy too powerful for my own comfort. Personally I like 4g, it's comfy and effective but I haven't even tried 5g yet, maybe I'll like it but there's nothing in 5g I want to try yet. BASE 3g made in 5g instead of 4g? I'd drop 80 on that in a heart beat. Anyways, idk if such rapid change is really going to be a good thing, but Shannon is smart and has been working hard at it so maybe he'll make it work beautifully. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Achiever - 10-10-2015 Can't we just wait till we actually test 6G so that we can assess it objectively.. Some of you guys are funny.A more powerful, fast -acting, miraculous program is being developed and you are FEARING it even BEFORE IT HAD BEEN RELEASED? haha and then you are wondering why you are resisting the subs. Positive change is always good.Faster positive change? Bring it on. Why fear? RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - Catman - 10-10-2015 (10-10-2015, 12:28 PM)Achiever Wrote: Can't we just wait till we actually test 6G so that we can assess it objectively.. A lot of sense there in that post. Also, I see the hype forming around 6G. I want to take off some of the pressure and expectations I see forming on Shannon's shoulders about it. I know it sounds interesting and all, but it's a reasonable ways off. I'm thinking 2017 before we can buy several programs in 6G, sometime in 2017 likely. Given that Shannon will need more time to have some sort of working prototype for people to try, then take that feedback and go back and hone it and eventually create ASC 6G, which I believe will be the first 6G program available for real. I'm betting that will take up most of 2016 alone. So, in 2017, programs will start being created after ASC 6G, hey maybe I'm wrong and Shannon will do it faster. But, being an entrepreneur as well, I know how challenging time constraints during R & D and other issues alongside can be. I've seen old posts from Shannon about 5G in a similar manner as well when it was coming along. That it's crazy powerful, exhausted him forever after using it for 10 seconds (lol exaggeration but yeah...) can't use it for long per day, etc. then it settled into a system of up to 21 hours maximum per day etc. Overall, I feel 5G to be a wonderful generation. It seems to be able to pretty much do it all convincingly well, besides issues with WL6, WM2, SM3, and perhaps BAMM 2.0, maybe more titles have struggled I'm not aware of. I think those are the only programs that seem to struggle to find success with pretty much most people. It seems 6G *should* be able to improve upon their success rates, based off the incredible words per second comparison alone but some of those may not be able to be ported over to 6G even. There's also talk that multi-stages won't be needed anymore. Who knows, maybe maybe not. What I mean is, I'm not holding my breath for a 30 minute listening session to give amazing results, nor am I for 2-3 hours of listening a day. Once 6G hits "the real world", meaning us living-breathing-capable-of-massive-resistance-at-times-paying-customers, I think it'll likely be capped at or around 12 hours a day. Maybe even more. I'm not saying this generation's hype could be inflated or anything. It may very well end up being those figures listed earlier this time and change lives forever listening up to 3 hours a day or even 30 minutes. It's *possible*. I'm just saying, I want guys to approach 6G talk more objectively, so they don't get disappointed down the line when we have more solid, quantifiable data on how 6G performs with real world people. No doubt, it should be a tangible upgrade to 5G regardless, but I just thought cautious optimism may keep expectations grounded. Point is, it's barely understood, even at this point. So I know a new generation sounds intriguing, but let's just enjoy a few more runs of 5G for now (or 4G or 3G for you old schoolers) and see how 6G comes along as it's got a ways to go yet before it's in your hands. RE: Shannon's Journal Discussion - THolt - 10-10-2015 I think 6g maybe as powerful as Shannon says but I hope the 30 minutes or 2-3 hours is in fact real. Although it sounds too good to be true. I hope Shannon can try to make it as close as possible to that. |
