I have finished as much work as I can finish for today. The next step requires more mental energy than I have left, and after seeing how I have responded to stress and frustration today, I think it is time for me to take a day off. So tomorrow i am going to do nothing but rest, since I skipped my day off last week, and have effectively worked 14 days straight at 12+ hours. I am mentally exhausted. So time for a break.
The good news is, the next step is calculating ASRB. Once I have that, it's just a matter of building the audio into subliminals, and then tagging, bagging and verifying before upload. I don't think that will take more than 1-2 days. So we are almost there. And thank goodness, because I am deeply in need of a few days off, not just a day of rest. But I know that we are behind schedule, and you guys have pre-ordered, so I am pushing hard to finish this for you.

To my absolute and utter amazement, I was able to pack this whole script into just 60 minutes of audio for Stage 1... I was fully expecting to need at least 2 hours. With an ASRB of 15:3, the total length of each track for Stage 1 comes to just 72 minutes. Truly amazing.
I am currently doing the vocoding, and after that comes compression, verification, tagging, archiving, re-verification and then upload. So it will almost certainly be finished today. Whew!
I'm really looking forward to seeing this baby in action, and really confused as to what to do. OF is doing so well, but LTU6 has stuff in it that GF would really benefit from. I guess I'll have to run it through the models.
LTU6 is looking really good in the models so far!

Stage 1 of LTU6 is 1 hour 12 minutes per loop. It must be used 7 loops per day on. Now calculating ASRB2.

Okay, so usage pattern for LTU6 Stage 1 is:
7 loops per day on, 4 days on and 2 days off per ASRB2 cycle. 30 days for the stage. Ben will be linking them shortly. I will be finishing the description tomorrow most likely, but I do need to get more rest for my brain, as well as having a lot of stuff externally to do too. So I'll see what I can do tomorrow. But that should be enough information to let you guys start using it for the time being.

Have been working on the product description for LTU6, but I am now to the point of such severe exhaustion that I can drink double my previous maximum dose of caffeine and still feel like my eyes are melting. The time for me to take a serious break has come, and it is no longer a choice. So... I'm going to be working on the description a short time each day until I start my much needed vacation on the 14th. This will be the amount of time each day that I can work on it without needing caffeine. If I have to resort to caffeine, I am too tired and I will rest the rest of that day. I do not plan to go on vacation without having some sort of description in place, but I also don't necessarily know that it will be fully finished by the time I leave. I will be vacationing from the 14th to the 21st of August, and during that time, work will not be my goal. I need to fully rest and recharge. I have pushed myself to the point of literally being exhausted to uselessness.
So... I have done the preliminary work on the description, but it needs more work. I will therefore not be publishing it today. I am also not planning to disclose what specific titles are going into which specific stages, not just to keep the competition at bay, but also to prevent needlessly spending time on the program when there is so much work still left to do on it. Knowing which titles are in what stages won't make a difference in how well it works.
Thank you for your patience on this. Platinum Lake, plus the length and complexity of this script, plus the new scripting methods, plus this being a six stage set and finally choosing to release this as a pre-order created the perfect storm to exhaust me. I've fulfilled the delivery of the first stage. Now it's time to rest. I should be able to release a description in a day or two.

I've finally got a day where I am not being forced off my path by everything and everyone around me! Woohoo!
Okay, so today we are going to tackle Major Challenge #1 with regards to upgrading DMSI to 3.3.3. I still have to go to the dentist and probably run an errand after that, but today should be productive.
And no, I won't tell you what Major Challenge #1 is.

DMSI 3.x.x (and perhaps earlier) have all been based on a certain central premise. I now believe that I have found a significantly better central premise upon which to base the next version.
