This might not be related but when my first gf(First love) cheat on me with some other guy (slept with ofc).. It just really broke me..There was literally nothing people could do to help me feel better..
After that listened to few subs specially LTU and I did feel s little bit better, but still. wound feel angry about all this..
After listening to DMSI3.2.. I looked her and her Bf again after 2 years and when I saw her pic I felt very angry but after that something happened and suddenly all anger kinda dispersed. Now even if she comes and stand in front of me I won't feel a thing.. I absolutely moved on.. I was free..

Scary dreams, and then you break ASRB by "listening for 10 minutes." This is classic self-sabotage, and a resistance tactic. Just be aware of it, and reaffirm how important it is to follow the instructions to optimize the results of the program.
