EHPRA 2.0 - AlphaScorpio - 09-27-2015 Hey everyone I have been a user on subliminal talk for a couple of years now. I have run programs such as AM5, AM6, ASC and OGSF. I thought I'd post an honest write up on where I am at in my life at the moment. I am currently 19 years old and living with my parents and unemployed. For a brief description of my circumstances I am living in the UK I have not been in education or a job in about 2 years (Yes it's bad) I do not have a GF partly due to my fears of an intimate relationship with someone I can trust but also due to my opinions on LTRs and how I have seen many of my male friends and relatives become pussy whipped by certain females. Now, I guess most of you will be thinking - so this alphascorpio guy has used AM5, AM6 and OGSF but his life sucks? well ... not entirely true... outwardly my life has looked bad - because it is. But inwardly I have to admit I feel different here's a list; -certainly lost the attachment to needing other peoples approval (generally speaking) -I have completely removed myself from being manipulated from others (family, relatives, friends, adverts, social agendas) -More self respect -Not afraid of going against the grain (Told university to go shove it even though society in UK specifically pushes people like me to go there) -More boundaries with other people -People ask me - are you not depressed? how could you live like this? And I always smile and say I know this life is shit but I am content with who I am. And generally speaking I am content with who I am, I am NOT content with my external world however, but this has been a BIG step for me in accepting me and my personality I feel like a lone wolf but I like it in a way. It feels like am5/am6 in particular have changed me inside, it's made me more cynical, more skeptical or perhaps it's opened my eyes to the truths of the world? and I am just accepting the reality. For the past 6 - 12 months I have been getting this subtle thought in my head, this nagging thought that tells me "You need to get your ass moving" I have mostly ignored it and played video games or watched porn to cover up the reality that - I am not moving forward. Which has led me to my current train of thought; I need to take the next step in my life. Short term goals; -Move out -Get a job -Visualise what I want for the future everyday -use a subliminal 12 hours everyday (Still deciding on which one - most likely LTU 5g) I haven't posted here in a long time but I know there are lots of supportive people on this forum and while I have my own opinions I am always open to other peoples perspective and wisdom. Cheers RE: The Next Step - JackOfHearts - 09-27-2015 Its nice to see you back again. Thank you for your honesty, its a big step already. RE: The Next Step - AlphaRomeo - 09-27-2015 Hey man, Nice to hear from someone such young as you who has determined to get his own life (internally and externally) in shape and not rushing for magnets like so many has done. You have a great advantage in life having discovered subs at your age and starting your self development so early Almost always when we want to change something in our life we have to start from the inside, and often it can take some significant time before the change manifests externally...but you are well on your way and you have plenty of time. Most of the guys your age continues to waste time playing video games and/or watching porn for many years to come...while still living with their parents for a long time. At least you have some plans already...now it´s time for action! As long as you are living with your parents and depend on them financially/emotionally etc, you are still a child no matter how well you are developed otherwise. When you step into the world, start relying on yourself and living in your own terms, you become a man. You know you can do it! Rooting for you. RE: The Next Step - Geodude - 09-28-2015 I agree. Getting into personal development at a young age is such a blessing. Great to see you back on here! RE: The Next Step - Voytek - 09-29-2015 It`s better to rerun AM6 than run LTU. Read here: http://subliminal-talk.com/thread-5823.html Wish you all the best, mate! RE: The Next Step - ArcticFox - 09-29-2015 "-Not afraid of going against the grain (Told university to go shove it even though society in UK specifically pushes people like me to go there)" I think that's a good move on your part, its just a business now. Society makes it out like you wont ever make it without a degree but that's BS. If it was still only £1000 a year (it used to be free!) then i would advise you to go to Uni. But now it costs £30000!! I would rather work for free for a year than do 3 years at Uni, end up with mediocre degree and £30k debt but no job. If you can get a copy of this book, and http://www.amazon.com/The-Education-Millionaires-Everything-Successful/dp/1591845610 If I were you I would save and go travel the world, you have your whole life ahead of you. I might do that next year and I'm 36. RE: The Next Step - AlphaScorpio - 10-07-2015 I appreciate the supportive comments and resources. I have made a decision to go with Emotional healing pain relief for 100 days. Reason being is that I still think theres some emotional blocks, fears guilts and shames that are still having a hold on me moving forward and sapping me of my energy that I need for life. So starting today. I am considering starting on a course to be a tree surgeon, looking after the forests and cutting sick or dying trees with a chainsaw - while I will admit this isnt the job that makes my heart leap with passion or ambition I need to start progressing, moving forward and what the heck being in nature is great, lots of time to be at peace with myself and my thoughts - seriously looking into this job but I am right now noticing how already at the thought of starting something new my mind is playing tricks on me, self sabotaging my efforts to move forward - this really fucks me off which is part of the reason I am using EHAPR. I've also looked into David Deida and I'm finding his stuff pretty interesting allowing the masculine and feminine energies and I can definately see how I have developed some negative masculine traits as well as feminine ones. I would say my biggest emotional blocks at the moment are; -Anger - towards the world/towards my sister/towards my mother and father -Fear - of moving forward, taking a risk -Bitterness and some jealousy - towards my sister who is moving forward well in her life -Resentment - towards my mother, this is a deep one that I can't quite put my finger on the reason why. As noted you can see that there are some deep issues I still need to work through. I am also planning on moving out ASAP but finances are an issue right now so I don't expect it to happen soon. The goal is for EHAPR to help me work through these emotional blocks, after the 100 days I will most likely go with ASC 5g to build some more confidence. Good luck with your sub run RE: The Next Step - Dzemoo - 10-08-2015 I noticed that subs only work if you bring yourself in a positive state and work activly on you, they dont bring results by themself, if you do what you have done before they wont change anything RE: The Next Step - Jakeb203 - 10-08-2015 (10-08-2015, 10:51 AM)Dzemoo Wrote: I noticed that subs only work if you bring yourself in a positive state and work activly on you, they dont bring results by themself, if you do what you have done before they wont change anything Certainly. More like you need to have the willingness to adapt to your new beliefs. I find there are two parts where you have to consistently work towards. One part is that you need to act accordingly with your current subconscious state. Especially for new users can be a bit difficult as they still believe in their old habits. Believe it or not they will get swayed over time and the harsh truth is, disobeying what the sub is trying to tell you only makes things harder. So my analysis is do what you feel comfortable and believe is to be correct while during sub use. The second part is to consciously improve your life. You can't expect external things to change without taking any actions. Most of the great changes happened to be when I took actions, and combined with the sub I saw great results. Subs act as great boosters/powerhouses but don't expect them to work solely by itself. Nothing will change / manifest externally unless deliberate effort is put in. Not saying that doing stuff can't bring more change or something but I've literally sat in my room and had results. If you guys are talking about external results like girlfriends and money well then yeah that's obvious. And I know that a lot of users haven't had external results with magnets and didn't do anything while Afzalg got off his ass and made it work but I'm just saying it is possible to have results with these subs because they change your beliefs. You don't have to go out and do something to change your beliefs (although it probably helps). Though if you want external results like a girlfriend then its probably a good idea to get some outside time yeah i am interested in external, guys who know me here know i only meassure a subs effectivness in terms of external results RE: The Next Step - Geodude - 10-10-2015 (10-07-2015, 01:04 PM)AlphaScorpio Wrote: I appreciate the supportive comments and resources. If i am unproductive then i will do a sub on making me productive, and thus making it so. If i knew how to be productive and that's what i wanted then would i already be able to achieve this without subs? RE: The Next Step - Shannon - 10-10-2015 You can accept the instructions and execute them - as the program is encouraging you to do - or you can resist. Either way, it is your choice. I cannot force you to act, accept the sub script, do things. If I could, I'd be the most powerful man in the world. And the richest! What I can do is present a set of instructions to your subconscious in a way that makes it as easy and desirable as possible to execute it, and then make those instructions effective steps to achieving the change. How much you get in your own way, well, that's another matter entirely. |
