ETA That SO thinks that he was treated the same as always when he was by himself. He was treated with more respect when he was with me.
I was very uncomfortable having to go there, but I kept telling myself that something great was going to come out of it. In the past, I would not have been treated with such respect at this kind of event.
ETA that I spoke some more to SO about what he saw. He said that there was this air around me that was surrounding me by about five feet in all directions, even above me. The air was brighter than everything. It was visible to him, almost like a sheen, and there was an excitement about it. He thought that I was creating it because it was moving with me. He thought that this influenced people to were drawn to me in a way that they liked me. Could this be the aura that he saw?
Yes, I would say he saw your aura. The folks around would feel your aura and feel that it feels good and that they would prefer to be in that state (I postulate it is/was your heart energy - and then some), so the become drawn to you.
