I didn't know where to put this, but can I use ASC for my sister. She's 9 years old and lacks confidence and I feel this could really help her.

ASC should be safe for anyone who can comprehend the script. However, it will require guidance for children so they do not become unbalanced in their confidence, ego and choice of actions. Too much confidence without enough experience might lead one to make unwise choices, or think too highly of themselves.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is there a suggested usage for this that you would recommend, like something from past experiences. She's really just needs to believe in herself a little but more and she would be fine. I was thinking maybe play it for her twice a day for a start so an hour a day.

The instructions should apply. It's a 5G, so it need a a lot more exposure than a modern 5.5G, and one or two loops isn't it. You should probably loop it overnight while she sleeps.
