I'm going straight for seven loops only because my intution said so and second it's not breaking the instruction, I wouldn't do if Shannon said seven loops is too much.

I practicing my voice by singing off course! Tongue Karaoke all day! My voice just changed, I have no shy in bringing out the best of my voice when singing whether it's in bathroom or classroom.

I sing till my voice drop and I can't speak clearly, do it daily, take some rest, then my voice way more clearer Thumbsup

Last day for first cycle, the journey so far so good, love it, I conclude ULSM is "Next Level LTU," in one cycle, my life SURELY tuned up, I'm not let bad day or bad circumstances made me think negatively. I stood up and choose to be positive everytime that happened.

Day without porn is very different compared when I used to watched porn, my mental imagery is clear, brain fog non-existent, I'm still love reading, everything looks better, one thing I know why my result is good because I expect nothing, the sales page didn't said clearly what to expect and I run this subs without any expectation, everyday is full of curiosity what this subs could bring or manifest into my life.

The more I'm using it, the more mystery unfold, it's good being a man empowered with IML's subs Wink

Just this morning I received message about promising business opportunity that could let me to financial freedom if I applied it correctly, the business is easy and there are connection everywhere that makes everything easier to do.

As others report, the effect is accumulating, oh and today is my first time learn coding, still very basic, big step for me, and I'm happy about it, again I received brain-gasm (sorta like dopamine burst) while learning coding material, it's funny af, I love this ULSM!

I'm already using MLS in the past and I need consistently and consciously take effort to keep up my reading or learning..

..that's all change..

Now, ULSM I did zero conscious effort like "I must keep motivated..I must keep motivated..I must learn..etc..etc," NO, everything going so smooth and effortless, I enjoying everything I do, and it felt so natural.

Now I know what it's like when subs is working..

Significant change the way I see things. It's weird, but it is what it is, lemme give ya the details.

So, this morning, I saw scattered garbage everywhere, I just said, "MAYBE I'll clean it later," in one hour, I already cleaned it all.

Then I saw interesting book, I said, "MAYBE I'll read it later," not up to one hour, I pick up the book and read it.

Then I saw my pile of laundry, I said, "MAYBE I'll wash it later," then in 30 minutes, I washed it all already.

So, it's not so important what my conscious mind said, because subconscious took over what I'll do, there's no powerful affirmation or mantra or ritual or meditation I said/do daily, there's no goal-setting I set/write to achieve my goal, I just said normal phrase like, "Well.." "Maybe" "Who knows" "Let's see how it goes" "It's gonna better soon" etc, etc, but as we can see, the result is profound.

I believe in cycle three or four, maybe I'll stop drinking coffee Wink

Important thing to report!

It's been long time since I read newspaper..NEWSPAPER..and when I read it this morning, I had bookgasm..YES, It's been so long the last time I felt it, there's time in my life where I'm so down and I FORGOT that I love reading so much. I really miss this feeling where my brain had dopamine burst while reading book, in this context, newspaper..you know the rest, I read the WHOLE newspaper.

Have u used any other Sub before this?
Did u have procastination habits related to reading books even though u were interested in them?

Thanks Zane, yes, I don't realize that when I finished read the book, I look at the clock and dang..I sat for 4-5 hour straight Rolleyes

7 loops right off the bat..I knew I'm resistor type, that's why I use the 7 loops recommendation from the start.

At first I'm using this merely because to take a break before dmsi 3.3 come out, I got moderate results from 3.2, but I slack off so much..maybe because resistance and that's interrupting my studies, and now, I'm attached to ULSM Lol

Yes, even I super interested in the book, there's always excuse and more excuse coming one after another, in the end of the month, nothing done..it's not happening again off course! Hehe

I came to realization that it's time for me to cut my relationship with porn. Enough of that shit, and I won't come back, there's nothing normal in fantasizing 2D girl in a computer, I don't want to be wired or attached with such habit that only bring nothing but shame for myself.

It's been three days of my regime doin NoFap NoPorn, too early to tell anything, but I won't look back, that's one for sure. I want to execute the subs at it's fullest, at it's peak, I don't purchase subs for nothing, I purchase subs to make my life better.

I don't give a damn about whoever opinion about porn isn't bad or something like that, for me personally, it's toxic, and I want to be free from all that. Period.

This is another big step for my life I believe. Credits to ULSM that I become a person who love to read books and I got so many many many useful information that'll be useful in my life.

I believe you, Zane. I read those two books and it make my determination solid, I believe DMSI already had modules to deal with this kind of things like porn, masturbation, etc, let's see how 3.3 goes when it's released, it's gonna be beast! Hehe
Your excitement with life is a very strong draw for me. I'm considering AM6 when I'm done with my 90 day run of E2, but reading your journal........I'm thinking "DAMN! I could seriously go for this!"

Time will tell. I'm grateful you're so descriptive to how you both were thinking then and are thinking now. I see myself a lot in your tales about "yesterday".
