Hey ya'll,

I've owed Sleep Induction Aid since April 1st (i.e. the past 6-7 weeks). With some rare exceptions, I'm knocked out before the first loop ends. I'm also able to make it until the end of the week with limited sleep - 5-7 hours - before I need to have my weekends to have a deep recharge.

This is an impressive contrast to the end of March, when my mind would wander and keep me aware with fighting fantasies, which would trigger my fight/flight systems.
On many occasions, it's fixed my sleep enough for me to have focus through my entire work day.

The only occasions when it doesn't work is on Sunday nights, but this is understandable. I often sleep 10-11 hours the night before, sleeping in until 1:30 pm at times. If I go to bed at 1:30 am, that means that I'm awake for only 12 hours, and Sleep Induction is less effective.

Nonetheless, I'm very satisfied with the results.
