I was organizing a bit to get ready for the work week & discovered that when I was vacuuming the bedroom last weekend & put everything back I forgot to plug my speakers back in. So tomorrow will be Day 1 AM5 Stage 1

I was but obviously when I was playing it there wasn't any sound coming out of the speakers. I would have had to add 4 days for time I missed as it is so I decided to start it over today

I haven't completed either unfortunately
I'm starting AM5 Stage 1 tonight. Listening to the trickling stream version now & I'm going to play the silent version while I sleep. Plan to stick with it & maybe do a second run before moving on
