What hybrid version are you listening to now? I listened to the ocean surf hybrid for almost a week and had terrible sleep plus feeling agitated. Last night listened to trickling stream version at lower volume and i actually didnt feel agitated and got some sleep.

Are you having alot of weird dreams? I have dreamt only very lightly and havent remembered them. But that might be because i smoked some weed last week and weed kills dreams.

I can relate to this. I haven't felt aroused for a couple of days. And cried a few times too.

Don't worry too much about loss of libido guys. It happens every now and then when you're doing no fap. It's just your body readjusting itself. It'll be back and stronger than before.
