So, to start off I took a break from 3.1 DMSI for 2 months to clear out some negative patterns. Back in December I started a new health plan, I went 21 day with hitting the gym 4-5 times a week, no drinking and no PMO. Than I had a back injury which kept me out of the gym for 3 week. Long story short, I'm back in it today marks the first week. This time, I have the help of my best friend who has been there to support me. Also he know alot more than I do, so he been given me day to day advice on what to do at the gym.
It's been 3 days on DSMI 3.2B, the first two days I had no craving to watch porn. Today I had a craving, but I put it on than suddenly I had a greater desire to turn it off. I bought some condoms today, when I went to pay. All I could think as I bought them was "Have you seen me? Of course I need these condoms". When talking to any women now, I have these thoughts like "Yes, I workout and I know you want me". There is more which I we'll share tomorrow, I like to keep these things short. I know I'm going to have a good week and hope to inspire someone.
"The lazier a man is, the more he plans to do tomorrow." -Norwegian Proverb, I heard this today it really resonated with me. I still drinking a few drinks here in there but thanks to this. I decided to clean my room before. I well figure out this week why I drink as a form of resistance. Slowly I well break my procrastinating ways. I have laundry to do now, so I well do atleast one load today instead of putting it off.
Well only have 5 days, I noticed 3.2B is alot stronger getting past resistances. While on 3.1A I drank alot more, let my room get messier before cleaning up, even missing a day here and there of listening. I have had this urge to read over the product page everyday while listening to the 3.2B.
[edit] One last thing, I've noticing the state shifting. Back when I used to smoke up, I always liked to stretch. I have felt the same way sober since 3.2B. I now know I well not be smoking up anytime soon. My low points dont last nearly as long. I well report more on the state shifting when I feel it.
The state shifting is going to take sometime to get used to. My best description for the feeling is close to caffeine. I don't drink coffee because of the caffeine or thc head high. When I woke up this morning instead of going for a snooze. I felt a mental shift and felt totally awake like I had coffee. This feeling has stayed with me all day. I'll keep you guys up to date if it happens again tomorrow.
I had an idea to test this state shifting by going out this weekend. I normally nervous when I enter a bar and need a drink to calm down. I well be testing without alcohol to see how well it works in optimum conditions. There was a few times today where I felt nervous or fear but quickly snapped out of it. So, Im excited to get some field testing.

The feeling was uncomfortable at first but it's a feeling I've felt before. I just went with it, by the next day the feeling was toned down.
I did some field testing last night at a sports restaurant. I been working as a courier for food for a week now. Yesterday I had a pickup at this restaurant twice on the same shift. The girl who worked there told me when she first started they told her "You never see the same courier twice". I took that as a sign so I went after my shift to tryout the food. I was pleasantly surprised on entering they had a DJ. I know I said I would go without drink, I did have 2 beers since I had to drive. It's my old programming to drink to relieve anxiety, it's a different story after last night. Even two beers in I still felt out of place, it wasn't until
I had an urge to read the product page. As I read I felt a lot better, I find this is a great way to line up your conscious mind and subconscious mind on the same page. I also listened to my loop while at the bar. Once I was comfortable I started to notice a lot of staring and smiles from the other waitresses. I knew it was genuine since they weren't my waitress and they weren't staring at any other customers.
The lesson here for me my old ways to deal with anxiety doesn't help me or ever helped me. If I had anything to drink I know things would have been different. Even though all I got was stares and smiles I know 3.2B is working. The way things are going when 3.2A is released I'm going to stick with ver. B
I wanted to add this but had to go to work. Some of the reasons I plan on sticking with B ver. There has been things coming to the surface for example I been feeling frustrated last few days. I finally figured out why, its that I'm in my current situation due to my own actions not others. Not having the job I want, not owning my own car or house. So, I took the first step and enrolled in online school to get high school credit in order to get into University.
This DMSI has also done more for me as far as quiting drinking. I did alot of hypnosis work before starting DSMI and i feel this ver of DMSI has feeled the gap where the hypnosis left out. Even without the healing and clearing, I been working consciously on it to help myself and DMSI.

I have listen to all types to do with self improvement. I started with hypnosis when i started doing door to door sales. I wasn't doing to great, I wanted to improve anyway I could. The main ones I speak off when referred to in my post was losing weight and quiting alcohol.

I do think DMSI sub is more than just a " Getting Laid" sub. I mean I have read few journals and I do think that improving urself in other areas of life like Financially, mentally, physical, Emotionally, socially.. Is what makes a man sexually irresistible. I mean not say having and achieving all these will make u sexually irresistible but they all act as a catalyst if u decide to become one..
Its been a while since last post. I've been really busy working everyday, hitting the gym, sleep, than repeat. I have about 5k worth of credit card debt but I plan on paying it all off in the 2 months. I made an appointment with a credit counselor to see my options and help reduce one of my cards interest. its at 25% interest which is killing me right now.
The gym is going well been keeping up 4-5 times a week since start of DMSI. At this point its not something I even think about I just do. Even after a late shift you'll see me in the gym at midnight or 2am. My posture has really improving being tall and having to duck through doorways posture has been a problem for me.
I got sick a couple days ago and past it on to the whole family. When I started I was still working hitting the gym. Now that they have the same sickness they all complaining how bad it is. They go grocery shopping afterwards there completely drained of energy. They symptoms are also alot worse than me. I'm not sure of this DMSI but its one of major difference between me and them.
There was one incident during one of my shifts. I went to pick up an order at a bar and they were kind of delayed. There was a girl that was a little bit intoxicated she was 5 9 and she saw how tall I was. She just wanted to stand beside me because she said it made her feel good while I waited. I now see that was an opportunity to make something happen. So I just have to keep my eyes open for these opportunities because they are there. I'm also getting a lot more smiles from women. I have some upcoming late shifts who knows what's going to happen then. I now carry condoms with me because you never know.
In the last week been really feeling the respect from other males. I've been receiving free drinks, tea with cookies, I even got a free meal while on shift. Also been making more during my shifts not sure if dmsi had anything to do with it.The calorie increase is real, I used to do intermediate fasting which is harder to do know with dmsi. I haven't been to the gym this week but I have been getting good sleep. I used to hit the gym right before bed.
Not much to report, although my Ipad charger broke 3 days ago. I've decided not to get a new charger since all I used my Ipad for was porn. I'm currently 3 days without pmo now. I still havent completely quit drinking but still haven't gone over legal drinking limit though.
[Edit] I have a craving to watch porn, but have a greater desire to hold out for the physical. What I mean by physical as in touching a woman, feeling a woman, not the fantasy of porn. And, it's only been 3 days so I'm looking forward to the many days ahead.
