Afternoon after Day 9,

I'm sleeping in a whole lot. Slept about 10 hours, and slept deeply.
I'm sleeping with my EMF device next to me (it's a Tesla Blueshield for those who are wondering).

Woke up at 1 pm.
Day 10,

I've gotten past my low word-per-day slump; I hit 10 K words throughout this 3-day weekend, and 13.9 K words over the past 7 days. I've hit a total of 61.4 K words; I'm on a roll, but I'm concerned that I'll slow down due to being in an area outside of my element. But, I could gloss through these types of chapters and return to them once I've read the right books on the topic.
Took me a couple hours to fall asleep last night.
In waking up though, there's something different; I feel rested and refreshed, even though I've slept 4 hours. I might get tired later on, but there's some level of awareness and alertness I'm not used to getting upfront.
Day 11,

Woke up more energized than usual. Had a decently productive day at work. I'm using a different system from usual, and so it might take a little more time upfront to gather the relevant data. The system works for me once each resident's case is before me through one way or another.

Spent my time in the afternoon outlining the chapter on logic, with portions of causality. I got carried away and seem to have had no energy to jump into an intense writing session. I've only written 570 words today, but I've set myself up nicely to write more tomorrow. Still sucks.
Day 12,

I brought my Blushield device to work and have not had the same feeling of wired/tired I normally have. My heart wasn't peeter-pattering out of my chest. In fact, every time I take a deep breath, I feel the whispers of a beautiful feeling in the center of my chest. However, I do feel some commotion behind my eyes; my eyes are perpetually reddened but not feeling tired. It's as though I'm on the verge of crying most of the time. I want to work on some brain-level detox (r-ALA and more microsilica). I'll have to order both of those, maybe in late March for April.
Day 13,

My Blushield has given me chest/heart/blood-pressure relief at job site #2 just like jobsite #1, which is the worst spot in my opinion. I still have a low-level buzzing around my brain, so that's good. It works.
Deep breaths seem to create this nice feeling inside.

I'm not generating any real results; this nurse my age, who I typically don't see, was there yesterday. We spoke more than usual; funny enough, she appeared less attractive than I remember.

Today, no one to experiment with. My hair dresser said that she really liked my hair, though. LOL

In the past 24 days, I've written 65,000 words. I'm at a difficult chapter, so it's going slowly, but it's going well.
Day 14,

Overdid the microsilica dosage last night; accidentally dumped a bunch into my water. Found myself sleeping in by 1.5 hours. My work doesn't mind; I'm a contract worker.
Some signs that things could be working.
At work; a visiting nurse, a mom of three - mid-30s, tall and slender (maybe overly-thin), but decent looking - we had exchanged brief words in the past, but started talking about deeper life stuff.

An middle-aged worker pressed her chest against my shoulder went showing me something on my computer.

Nothing from single attractive women my age... yet.

Today is the day where I don't play the sub; I started on Day 0.
I curled 65 lb dumbbells for the first time ever. Only one rep.. for now.

Don't know why my video is flipped (I'm upside-down); will try to fix
Round 2, Day 1,

I wrote 5380 words today, which is my second most productive day in this writing project. My first most productive day was for 8356 words. I've had a number of days hovering around 5,000 words, but I etched over that by a few hundred.
