I just purchased the DMSI 3.1 Audio. I was wondering what one loop actually means. If I understand correctly it means listening to the audio file one time entirely through. So 2 loops means listening to the same audio file twice in a row (back to back) right? Also what can one do while listening to the audio? Since I read meditating among other things (drugs etc.) should be avoided. Please let me know which activities are compatible with listening to DMSI . Is it correct that you only need to listen to it for 2 hours a day (2 loops)?

Yes you are correct. One loop = the whole track once, two loops = the whole track twice, back to back, without interruption. You should avoid meditation as well as activities which require a lot of concentration, like driving, operating heavy machinec, etc. You can watch TV, work out, listen to music (from another device), playing games,... I think you get the picture.
