Exercise Motivation 5.5g was released on Thursday. I saw it when I woke up around 9 pm. This was great because I was off from work midnight/Fri & Sat!!
After I showered, shaved, and ate. I began telling myself that I don't need to buy Exercise Motivation 5.5g and I can exercise anytime I wanted. Usually, when I'm interested in a subliminal title, I purchase it within 30 minutes after it is released!! This time was different, 3 hours had passed and I bought it after midnight.
Once the subliminal titled has been downloaded, I quickly transfer it to a microSD card and create the proper number of loops. I didn't create the microSD card until Friday afternoon.
I think I've had 4 or 5 gym memberships in my lifetime and just from observation alone... you can see the difference in a man/woman in their 60's and 70's body looks and behaves healthy compared to the man/woman in their 60's and 70's that didn't exercise.

So much apprehension... from purchasing Exercise Motivation 5.5g, to preparing the microSD card, to pressing the play button!! I really was surprised at my behavior towards this subliminal title!! When I was a teenager until around 30 y/o, I weighed 120 lbs/54.4311 kgs. I was very active!! In my mind, exercise was no stranger to me. I enjoyed it, I loved it, my body felt great after I was done!!
Clearly, something has changed. Lately, I've been making up reasons not to exercise. Not enough time, too busy, overtime at work, I'll start next week. But this apprehension to avoid buying and listening to Exercise Motivation 5.5g was so unexpected.
After one day of listening to Exercise Motivation 5.5g, the apprehension is gone. Time to put a plan together and get started!!

I have a workout bench, I have adjustable dumbells 75 lb max each. Barely used them...
When I bought Exercise Motivation 5.5g, I purchased Men's Health Your Body is Your Barbell: No Gym. Just Gravity. Build a Leaner, Stronger, More Muscular You in 28 Days!. It's an exercise book on bodyweight exercises. My thinking was, I could workout anywhere, anyplace, anytime. Home, work, in a hotel room. I didn't need a bench, I don't need barbells.
The more I listened to Exercise Motivation 5.5g the more I thought about the activities I enjoyed as a kid. Riding a bike, skateboarding, roller skating, walking in the park or on the boardwalk of the beach. Guess what??
I bought a bike, I bought a skateboard, and I bought roller skates!! LOL, I am having the time of my life!! I didn't realize how much I missed doing those activities!!
I'm going to continue to listen to Exercise Motivation 5.5g until Shannon announces to take a 21-day break as the release date of DMSI 3.2 approaches.
Calisthenics are great for strength, mobility, and a little size but if your looking for overall mass as your goal strength training/heavy weights should be added once or twice a week. But if you don't want allot of mass then calisthenics is definitely more then enough.
