Subliminal Talk

Hello,

I have two sleeping conditions which I absolutely hate. Sleep apnoea (where you stop breathing whilst sleeping) and Sleep paralyses (Where you wake up and you cant move)

I know that losing weight will help these and I am working to do so but a subliminal which can reprogram my brain to sleep and breath properly would be much appreciated.

I suggest you listen to MHS-5.5G.

It fixed alot of my issues and is still fixing some. Sleeping problem is one of them.
