Hey guys,
I am writing this journal to overcome the resistance I am experiencing related to this forum that I experienced when I "debug" my mental attitude to achieve my goal. But not long after I created the thread, I felt the resistance I was experiencing was gone, so I canceled what I want to do. Next, I will do a "mind exercise" to complete this stage.

I'm still in the process of debugging my mental attitude. I've found my spark. I'm a bit troubled to explain what is the spark, the spark is one of the manifestations from the subs. Inspired from the article posted by Arnold Schwarzenegger. However, I turned it into something quite different. To explain simply, the difference is that the article is "fitness spark" and in my case it is "life spark".
I have the ability to do this activity since I use AM6. For now, I have not finished "decoding" "The Spark." It turned out that "The Spark" is something I've been dreaming about and wanting to get since all my life. In addition, "The Spark" has a function that is to awaken the warrior within. But beforehand to access "The Spark" I had to face my fear, the fear of feeling painful. I do not know how best to do this, but the one I know is to feel the pain of a broken heart, one of the most painful thing I ever feel that I always run away from.
I've done that task, my task now is to express my feelings. I'll do the task in my journal.
I used to often feel miserable, very sad, fearful, disappointed, powerless, helpless, hopeless, frustrated........
the most painful emotion I ever feel was do not get the women who I really liked, and of course in the end I lost, I still feel the pain started recently, and until now, before I always try to numb this feeling by... fapping to porn, caffeine, and more. Now, I felt it, its painful as hell...
