Can this program remove toxic beliefs about women and relationships that would cause issues or insecurity's within a person. And if if these beliefs be detoxed would the individual become healed?

UD should remove all toxic beliefs or change them to non-toxic beliefs, given enough usage. As for healing, they would reasonably be "healed" to whatever degree those toxic beliefs and the resulting toxic actions and choices were causing damage, I would guess.
