Yeah, its intense, even with all that sleep, still tired, smth is definetly happening.
Ever since I started 3.2 I have been feeling this strange sensation in the middle of my chest, and the it is getting more intense, today it was so intense it made me cough, really strange feeling.
I have read somewhere on the forum that it is the heart chakra activating, I have no clue what the heart chakra is or what this feeling represents.
Had a strange dream last night:

I was walking through my city at night and I notice a group of small gypsys walking behind me and plotting something. I start walking faster to get away from them. After a few seconds i hear one of them running behind me and felt a hit on the back of my head, I grab him, and for some reason I'm strong as hulk, I pound his head and throw him back to the group ( flies a good 20m). I start running and feel blood pouring down my neck from his hit, they are chasing me, and I'm asking bystanders have they seen a police officer somewhere, they point me towards 2 of them.

Another gypsy catches up with me, he's wearing a cap, I grab him take his cap, and put it on my head to stop the bleeding(wtf haha), and throw him at a bench that is 30m away. I go to the police officers, and the gypsys run away, I say that i was assaulted by gypsys and injured badly to the head, they take off the cap to see it, they say shit and i feel blood pouring and it pours over my eyes and dream over.

Bruh, the subconscious is symbolic not literal. Where I see many people here go wrong is in treating it as such.

Those gypsys wanted to interact with you. More than likely a representation of DMSI. I did a special training for this very purpose.
The very first rule of "flight club" (interacting in a dream landscape) is: if it moves, interact with it. You did this quite well with the bystanders. The gypsys, however, were the one's that wanted to interact with you properly.
The second rule is "equanimity". Just sitting with whatever happens and being ok with it. In this instance, allowing the gypsys to do whatever it was they were "plotting" and letting it occur. Again, this is a symbolic landscape, not a literal one.

I'd posit that more than likely, that cap he was wearing was their last ditch attempt at reaching out to you (which they achieved by you wearing it).

As apart of rule #1, we were taught to give gifts to parts of our subconscious we encountered. Its a gesture of good faith. That hat was a gift to you.

The funny thing about a dream landscape is this; whatever you summon will be summoned. So requesting police brought their arrival. Same goes for movement, you're not limited to "running". You could fly or move through walls if you choose to do so but by treating it as a literal landscape you chose to move in a realistic fashion.

I'd strongly advise that you allow them to do whatever it is they "plot" and just flow with it. That's where the transformation is. On the whole, it's a good sign that DMSI is working on your subconscious processes.
Determined,

What do you mean you took a special training?
Can I know more about this please

Thank you
Thanks for your comment, I know that the subcounscious isn't litteral, that there is some interpertation to the dream, just wanted to share it.

As for them interacting with me, they did, by hitting me on the back of the head Big Grin

Jokes aside, I never really had the ability to conrol myself in dreams, also, there was no reason for me to run away, seeing I was throwing them around like baseballs.

You're welcome dude.

Dying in a dream is actually a good sign. Had they beaten you to death it would likely have been a transformation. Same goes for their location of hit - your head.

Very likely DMSI is calling upon you to transcend beyond what you are now. That's the benefit of that training, making the responses reflexive. Next time you're in there (which will probably happen given your growth) just sit with it. Even consciously sending your subconscious an apology and an affirmation of future co-operation might do some good for you.

Remember this: the function of the subconscious is "self preservation". This is why fears and phobias exist despite how irrational they are. Your subconscious mind will never send anything to you which you can't handle.

I'll be curious to see what happens the next time when you allow them to "plot" or whatever other symbolic action they perform.
