Day 54
Feeling a lot more tired lately. May be because the sub is working and I play it right before I go to sleep. Still have a decreased appetite and increased desire to masturbate. Otherwise, I haven't noticed any changes (key word is notice).
Day 55
Kind of mentally going crazy from what feels like a lack of any results other than a few more smiles from women than before. Although I can't tell if that was I wasn't paying attention or the sub. I'm also fighting, and often losing, to not masturbate because it was mentioned that it might be resistance.
Well, I'm heading to Vegas on a flight tomorrow night and then Vegas for Memorial Day Weekend. Let's see what happens then. If I don't notice results, I may just do the thing mentioned in the catman thread and start at 2 loops (like I am) and keep increasing by 1 loop every week or 2 weeks until I see results as I seem to definitely be a resisting type person (much to my annoyance).
Day 61
This is just an update on what I'm doing. I said I'd probably increase the amount of loops and I did starting on Monday night. I listened to 3 loops of trickling masked MP3 on my phone. Unfortunately I did something stupid last night and forgot to turn off the repeat function and listened to somewhere between 5 1/2 and 6 1/2 loops. Now I just feel tired as I listened while I slept. I also feel the edges of a headache and hope I won't be too tired today.
Also I plan to go through the month of June and then stop 21 days before the end of July unless I start seeing some results. After that I'm switching back to MHS to help my health and await for 3.2 as 3.1 would obviously not be working for me if I don't see any real results after over 3 months of listening to 3.1A
Day 71
I've been extremely tired recently and have been having a lot of physical issues I thought I'd dealt with come up. I don't think I'm getting enough sleep since I have to run DMSI when I sleep and it's draining me with just the 1 extra loop over the recommended 2. I'm most likely going to stop Monday and let the 21 days ride out as I haven't noticed any differences with the extra loop other than tiredness and an increased tendency towards headaches over the past two weeks. I think I'm just resisting too much for it to be effective. I'll wait for the next version to try it out and use MHS, which did seem to be helping me with some physical issues but my excitement for DMSI stopped me from running it probably long enough to fully deal with all my physical problems. I'm probably going to wait the 21 days, then a couple of extra weeks and then do MHS again and use that until my physical problems get much better.
I'll try and write about the 21 days but after that's done, I'll probably sign this out as a failure on my part. I work at a job where I need my mental acumen and the feeling of tiredness is causing me to lose focus more often at times. This combined with the fact that the best response my subconscious has allowed me is a few more smiles and general friendliness with the opposite sex. There's always the possibility I'm getting more response and I just haven't noticed due to resistance denial or the sub working for me to not notice the changes.
I also sometimes wish there was a sub we could listen to that could help us either become more able to accept other subs from Shannon or indicate to us generally how much resistance to subs we are going to have. Then again, that latter part is probably dependent on the specific sub as well.
I suggest you would get past resistance better if you used it 7+ loops a day instead of limiting it to "enough for me to resist still".
Day 76 (Day 3 of having stopped)
Well, just noticed Shannon's comment and I'll give 7 or 8 loops a shot. My only hesitance is that the only time I can listen to that many loops straight is when I sleep. I'm hoping this won't make me dead tired the next day like I fear listening to this mind intensive program while I sleep will.
Also, been feeling tired and with headaches the last couple of days but that may be more work and physical issues than remnants of DMSI 3.1.
Day 80
Well I started 8 loops Friday night since Shannon said 7+ and my brain said, "make it a round 8" for whatever reason. Of note was that I was tired Friday from a more restless sleep, even though I had stopped doing loops for 4 days. Now it's Monday and I'm feeling more tired. May need to start heading to bed earlier since the only time I can guarantee 7+ (8 in the current case) loops is when I go to sleep and it feels like it's taking it out of me. I'm also noting much more in the way of dreams, even if I forget most of them, as one often does with dreams. My only impression of them is that they were weird and somewhat nonsensical.
Since I started doing 7 loops a night I have noted that the first week was really challenging, and now it's much easier with resistance only coming as if the resisting parts are being overwhelmed. Getting desperate last ditch effort resistance. So give it some time.

So you can use it for more than 2 loops? I thought 2 was the maximum?

2 is the recommended number that should work for most people. The problem is that there are people like me who have an annoyingly high resistance factor who need more loops to defeat that resistance
Day 81
Tiredness here as well as feeling of heavy fatigue that seems to be seeped in my bones. Harder to work but will push through. Of more concern is that yesterday and today I've been feeling nausious along with headaches that I can't tell if it's resistance or, more likely in my opinion, the heat is getting to me and I'm not making sure I get enough fluids in me.
Day 91 (Day 15 of 8 loops I believe)
Lost track of how long it's been since I started doing the 8 loops. I believe I started 2 weeks ago. I still have occasional headaches and feeling of nausia but not as bad. Tiredness is variable. If I dream, I'm much more tired than when I don't. Have occasional weird dreams that I don't remember other than the impression of them not making sense. Haven't really noticed much of a reaction from people but that's mostly because I'm just working and just realized yesterday that I was probably heavily resisting through increased masturbation, which had increased to much more often than I've done before.
Other than that, not really anything to report.
Day 94
I've been super horny the last few days which is weird for me. It's also causing me an increased desire to masturbate to relieve the horniness which is hard to resist as the horniness can reach distracting levels. I just get this feeling like I really need to fuck someone and can't get it out of my head. Makes it a bit harder to focus to do actual work (legal job requires a lot of mental focus and energy), leading further to me masturbating to relieve myself in the morning before going to work.
Still have feelings of tiredness, probably not enough sleep with mind so active but not the fatigue I was feeling the first week. Also might be because I awoke around midnight and was up for an hour and couldn't fall back asleep.
Trying to decide whether to switch to hybrid because it's more powerful or stick with masked. I know Shannon said in another thread he had 2 hypotheses about whether hybrid and the resistance indicating it's doing something is better or the heavy resistance means one should switch to masked. Considering the violent bodily reaction I had to MHS when I did a couple of days of hybrid, I have no idea. I also don't remember much progress with slightly earlier versions of DMSI when I was listening to hybrid. I think I'll stick with masked for now since it seems to be having some effect on me. Then again, I hope I'm getting some results from listening to 4 times the recommended number of loops.
Still have the desire to do a run of MHS afterward as I have a lot of physical issues to still heal. Although now that desire isn't as strong as it was before (even if I'm still feeling like certain issues that are starting to show up would be helped by it). Maybe that strong desire to run was me wanting to run away like Shannon said. Still, hard to figure out how many loops you're supposed to do when I seem to need way more than recommended to overcome my resistance. I just wish I knew where all this resistance was coming from to begin with. I kind of want to run DMSI B like others have to see what effect it would have on me but my intuition is telling me I still need a lot more time on A before I'm ready for B.
And I'm still trying to figure out how this analysis helps. I keep hoping to try to ingrain in me the habit of listening to the sub and then forget about it so I don't think about the results too much because I know that can potentially create its own issues and resistance (example: I see others getting results, why aren't I getting results?). Kind of why I'm trying to minimize my time on the forum to a certain extent. Eh, I just hope this is somehow helpful for testing purposes and making DMSI/other future programs good enough that it'll work for me in a quicker manner and with less resistance.
Day 103 I believe
Tiredness is coming back but seems to stem more from the fact that I wake up early in the morning when I'm done with my 8 loops and can't fall back asleep usually. Stopping masturbation is a bit harder than I thought it would be (pun not intended but will leave it there because I like puns). It may just be resistance that's making it difficult to stop. Or habit.
I can't tell if I'm just more aware or a change but I'm starting to notice more positive reactions from women. No seduction or any of the stronger effects but just more pleasant interactions a smile here or there as we pass by, etc. I'm also losing a little weight, which is a goal of mine. I just can't tell if that's because I'm consciously avoiding certain places with unhealthy food as well as eating less or the greater energy demand from DMSI along with my not eating super heavily.
Edit for clarification: when I say weight loss, I'm talking a pound to a few pounds a week. Not massive weight loss more indicative of starving yourself.
Day 115/39 of 8 Loops
The last almost couple of weeks since my last post have been a big nothing. I haven't noticed any changes. I haven't noticed any improvement. The only things I've noticed are the previous things such as masturbation and lower hunger which are known signs of resistance that may be preventing me from executing. I originally planned on stopping DMSI earlier to do another detox run of MHS but I thought I'd try 8 loops for a while. The problem is that I'm not seeing any results. I might after a few more months or I might waste my time because of resistance. I'm probably running away but I need a break from DMSI. I'll come back after taking a break or when 3.2 comes out because it seems I've hit a resistance wall, probably through the mental resistance loopholes Shannon has pointed out and plans to plug.
Meh, maybe I'm just tired after a long frustrating day and I'll pick this up again almost immediately with maybe 1 or 2 days no loops because I am essentially running away. Or maybe this will be my last post for a while until 3.2. Either way, you guys are cool folks but I'm tired and going to bed.
