is MIR or MHS more effective at healing conditions with the heart? He has a bad heart from drinking, cocaine and bad diet ect. He was supposed to die a year ago but he is living strong. He's had several heart attacks.

Definitely MHS. MIR deals with infections. Other than that he should probably run E2 at some point to deal with the root of his self destruction.
