As of today I have not ran a subliminal for 14 days, which should be enough to start anew with a clean slate. I ran MSI 2.4 for 72 days and kept a journal. Overall it did not provide the breakthrough for me, although there were some oddities happening that I can attribute it to.
Now, on to MSI 3.0A. I hope this will be the beast that finally does it for me. I realise now that I am one of the more stubborn people in this forum in terms of accepting the script and getting the results, so let's see whether this new version with beefed-up tech can do something about it, and quickly. To that end, I am using the hybrid track which Shannon deems the most effective.
Today I ran MSI in the afternoon, and then head to a small food fair at university. I noticed having very hot breath after eating, in fact I don't think it's been this strong since v1, so I know my mind is definitely processing the input and this is quite different from any v2.x that I've used. I did not notice much else however, but it's early days.
Hybrid, masked, or ultrasonic? Loud/soft, speaker/earphones - how are you using this badboy!?

Masked sounds irritate me and I can't fall asleep with it, so I prefer ultrasonics but Shannon said hybrids are much more effective, so I will prioritise results over convenience.
As before, I try to keep the volume at around -40db as measured by Frequensee. I usually use speakers on my MacBook. Earphones may work better but I am concerned about accidentally putting the volume too high and am worried (maybe excessively) about hearing issues since I think my hearing is already not as good as the average person, so I opt for speakers.

Day 7
I started MSI a week ago but since I have work to do and an exam to revise for I only had free time to go out on Wednesday and Thursday nights.
The hot breath remains a clear sign that my mind is processing the input. Typically after I eat or drink it becomes very noticeable. I can't say however that there is an aura being projected. I went out twice in 2 days and met many people, guys and girls alike, but I don't think any interactions were unusual compared to before. There are 2 girls I know that I would like to see affected by the sniper, but I am not seeing it yet. I do think that, as with v2.4, MSI is at least consistently creating opportunities for me to meet people.
As for effects on self, I don't think I am feeling the euphoria that others describe. I feel happier when in bursts here and there but it's probably not that. I do feel calmer and more at peace, which is good. I still eat a fair amount of junk food, mostly chips. It did not occur to me that this could be a side-effect of MSI due to me resisting before Shannon mentioned it, but in any case the urge has not subsided.
I also notice that I zone out rather often, at least when commuting. I usually keep track of the stops fairly well but now I rarely notice, and almost missed my stops on a number of occasions lately.
I am still playing the hybrid ocean surf track, 3 loops per day. I only play it when I am awake now, and the shorter usage requirement helps me fit it into my schedule. This has improved my sleep quality.
I also get no masturbation or porn urge since I started, so it was not hard to abstain from it since. This happened with earlier versions of MSI as well, always when I first started, but then the urge returned, so let's see what happens this time. I hope this is being channeled into something more productive.
It is encouraging to see some other users getting very tangible results here. Hopefully I will see that kind of results soon.
Day 15
I am now 2 weeks into v3.0 and listening to the hybrid track. I am somewhat disappointed since I have a winter break now and it will be a while before I get further opportunities, when things start again in January. The subliminal has not produced the expected results so far, though there are some things of note. I will be patient and keep using it as usual.
Overall I am not getting any negative side-effects mentioned in some other journals. Sleep quality is good since I switched to listening while awake. I feel more calm and at peace, same as last week, less anger and irritation compared to my time off MSI.
I noted the effect of bumping into people I know with v2.4. This effect remains very noticeable, if not strengthened. For example on Thursday I only came to university for a couple of hours to meet one friend for lunch but ended up bumping into five friends, all by chance. It is pretty neat, yet they don't seem to perceive me differently.
I went to a party on Friday night and did not notice much out of the ordinary. I do know that when I eat something my breath becomes hot and I know for sure it is MSI causing this, but despite this I don't see it affecting others. At least, I do feel less neediness than before.
In these last few months I have an urge to read a lot. I am reading about a book per week and I really did not do that before, so that's strange. I read no books at all in 2015 or the first 6 months of 2016. I do not know if MSI is at play here, but it is a very abrupt change, for sure. I can't say it would contribute to me becoming sexier, but it's nice to shift time away from procrastinating to something productive.
Day 32
Happy new year everyone! Let's hope MSI will be instrumental in helping us achieve our goals for 2017.
I have been on vacation for several weeks now to visit family and relatives, so opportunities for MSI has been near zero. I did went to see some old childhood friends from years ago, but I don't really feel like getting with any of them. Either way, I did not see anything special.
Not much to report here. I still get hot breaths typically after eating, or when I start playing the subliminal, so I'm pretty sure my mind is processing the information. The effects are about the same as reported before. On the other hand, not much in terms of external results, or any negative side effects like anger or weight change mentioned elsewhere. Seems like I am among the more resistant personalities here, but I'll keep on listening.
Day 72
Nothing much to report lately, so I decided to go offline for a while.
For 9 days I decided to switch from the Hybrid track which I have always used, to the Masked one, after reading about some personalities reacting better to it, but there was no overall change that would indicate I respond better to this format. I will use Hybrid again in the future.
It hit me that I previously ran 72 days of MSI v2.4 before stopping. Well, since MSI v3.1 is arriving in a week or two I decided to stop with MSI v3.0 now after 72 days as well, and get some time off. Hopefully I will see some blooming effects. If something interesting happens I will report back here, but I will be using pheromones during this time off so it may or may not be reliable data.
All in all I have to say the subliminal is not getting me the desired results, but with each new version a number of users start getting results, so I hope next time it will be my turn.
I have been off v3.0 for about three weeks now. To my surprise there was no real bloom effect to speak of. I experienced it with v2.2 and v2.4, and it was quite noticeable even though I was off those for only a few days. I did not used v2.3 or v2.5
In fact, my baseline mood went down during this time off. Yet, I still experienced hot breaths from time to time, typically after eating a meal, so something is still happening, I just can't notice it having any desired effect on other people.
I hope v3.1 with the increased focus on combating resistance will do the job, but I am starting to get worn out with staying on MSI for so long now. I considered Grow Taller (I could use an extra 2-4cm) or Maximum Learning Speed (I am learning a language), but on balance I don't think it's wise to drop out yet.
Since my runs of MSI have been pretty uneventful for a long time now, I won't keep a journal for future versions. If all of a sudden results come repeatedly then I would write about it, but right now my MSI journals is just repeating the same observations I have had for months now. It's probably best to set and forget for the time being.
I'll admit I don't know what the acronyms stand for on the 3.1 product description page... but a few things stand out. Like only 2 loops and 3.0 introduced Natural Seduction (User Side), and 3.1 introduces Natural Seduction (Affected Side).
I have a feeling you will be journaling more than you think!! I also have a feeling your height won't be a concern once 3.1 kicks in!!
