What we are talking about are systemic issues and techniques to solve them. Some issues, imho, cannot be solved by subs.

E2 can and will heal all emotional pain and trauma if done long enough. I think i already talked to Shannon about this in his journal thread and he in essence found no reason why it cant be done (healing dna using EPHRA). Generational Curses are trapped in your root chakra and will keep on manifesting in your family unless you do something about it to heal it. Once you heal a curse, all your family will be healed..
Sarge: Recognizing that we have a problem not caused by us and limiting us is not Victim Mentality. Victim mentality is when you use that knowledge as an excuse as to why you cant change.
Dmitry: Theta healing uses the same modality as E2, shifting a persons state to heal an issue. But E2 is more comprehensive because your Unconcious knows the answer already and knows exactly how to heal yourself.
Basically Run E2 long enough and the issues that are in your DNA will be cleared.
