So, I have been listening to 3 loops of version 2.2 (Trickling stream and Ocean smurf) using my headphones at night while I sleep, without taking any break.
Till day 5 today (July 18th), and I haven't noticed any noticeable effects so far....
Let's see how it turns our ahead....
Day 6 : July 19th - I listened to 3 loops again, and will be going out now to see the effects....
On the way while traveling, I decided to listen to one more loop, so total loops listened today were 4.
No Noticeable effects
Day 7 : July 20th : Listened to 3 loops of ocean smurf and trickling stream on full volume, non-stop.
No noticeable results....
Day 8th : July 21 Listened to 3 loops, but no noticable results.
Day 9th : July 22 Listened to 3 loops, but no noticable results.
Day 8th : July 23 Listened to 3 loops, but no noticable results.
Maybe you could start off with one loop! this sub is still testing and less loops could do you more!
Have you tried using the ultrasonic track on speakers? -35dB?

Day 9th : July 24 I accidentally played version 2.1 [3 loops], and then I was wondering how did the 3 loops got over so soon...(cause version 2.1 is 1 hr). So, then I started listening to verson 2.2 (2 loops non stop), but still no results...

As Shannon had told, listening with headphones will give the best results I proffered to listen them on headphones and never tried on speakers....
I will start with 1 loop from today on-wards and see the difference...
Shannon did mention that according to his predictions results for most users don't come until August meaning it takes a couple of weeks of running the subliminal to clear out the issues before most of us start getting results.
I don't know how Shannon can come up with that kind of predictions but... I would be inclined to think he has secrets up his sleeves that are reliable. So hang on in there, be patient.

I am already done with 1 loop session for today at night while asleep...
Can I continue with listening to the 2 loops now...or have to repeat listening 3 loops without any break...So we don't break the ASRB technology and just space out the loops...
Am am going to play the loops on speakers now, and as am unsure about spacing out the loops, am gonna target for 3 loops continuously...which will make 4 loops today...
Edit I was not able to complete 3 loops. I had to go out...I could only do 2 loops

I found myself to hooked up to watching porn, and that too as soon as I woke up in the morning...
I never watch porn (used to in college days, but since last 5 years I never watched porn)
Today, as soon as I got up, I don't know what happened to me, but I went to the porn sites and started watching porn...
July 27th : Day 12th : Heard 3 loops back to back on full volume, but no noticable results ...
July 28th : Day 13th : Am not sure about how many loops did I complete, 3 loops or not...as there was electricity failure at night, while I was sleeping, and it has switched off the system. So to avoid this I must keep the FLAC on my cell phone and then listen. So, even if there is such electricity failures, I can still listen to the subs...
Going to sleep with subs on now for Day 14th....

I have been getting more vivid dreams....but don't know how are they related with the subs...
