looking for some input before purchasing this. My husband and I were briefly separated 6 months ago and he reconnected with an old flame from 20 yrs ago. She's also married. They had an affair. Would this help him disconnect from her and refocus on us? He says he wants to stay in our marriage and be faithful but I know she is still texting him. I think he is nostaligic for what they had 20 yrs ago because she ended it and he might not have healed from that.

It'll definitely help him heal and disconnect from the past much better than LGPR. It doesn't guarantee, though, that it'll help him refocus on the relationship that you two have together, that depends on his sincerity. And that you can't gauge alone with his words.

Well that looks interesting and if I could afford it I would get it. For now, I'll trust that he wants to work on this relationship and of course I'm fully aware that his deeds will speak louder than words. thanks for the input.

Somehow I quite understand what you mean. EPHRA is the right solution. Your husband needs some healing.
I have been on both sides of this fence. My advice is... let him have what he thinks he wants, and discover why he really doesn't want it. But that advice may destroy what he has with you.
I would say LGPR is a good choice, as good as EHPRA 1.0, although they have very different goals and results. If you can afford LGPR, try it.
