Techniqual question, at least for me lol

When you are in schumman frequency... is it out of body experience? or borderline... which is what i believe it to be, however I am not sure.

Ok scheumann frequency is 7.83. which is TECHNIQUALLY alpha which is changed to theta at 7.5 and below.. so it is borderline. So it kind of but not really lol. anyways since i still have a question.. Do yal sell the scheumann frequency in the sub shop ? I have looked but it might be in the one of the packages...

The Schumann frequency is in a transitional period between two major classifications, Alpha and Theta. I classify it as Very Low Alpha. There is no real absolute cut and dried point of separation between the brainwave states, as they are a range, not discrete chunks, and you can find different sources giving different cutoff points. Take them as guidelines for where one ends and another begins.

The Schumann frequency is included in the Special Meditations set (Level 3).
