If someone uses FYPJ for 4 months. Will the affects stay in place for a while?

For as long as they've got energy into it that is greater than whatever inertia or resistance is working against it. That would be imossible to answer more specifically than that.
Can u answer if anyone has had success with this program?
I don't know. I know a number of people have not. But I have not been able to keep up with everything all the time, given all I have to do. It's definitely one I want to re-make for improved effectiveness.
