Hi everyone, I mean no disrespect when I phrase that question.
I'm sincere in asking, why is ephra 2.0 so special? Not in comparison to 1.0 but as a standalone?
Who, and what conditions does a person need ephra 2.0?
Plus, this is more of a shame on me, but I haven't been keeping up with journals. I hope someone will do me a kindness and fill me in on the details :angel:

The reason why I got it (after having just done EPRHA for 3 months) was its a very strong combination.
Stress relief and relaxation are included, which helps you to heal and act. It has tons of focus on overcoming previous issues of guilt, shame and fear, which will also help you heal. Keep in mind that I have also helped administer and gone through therapeutic shame and guilt training, so I have more exposure to this than the normal person and I am still going back to it.
The focus of shifting negativity into positive emotions is also wrapped up in it. A boost to self esteem and worth is always good.
Basically, it's a knock out punch for any type of previous disappointments or trauma a person has experienced in life. Ive only been using it for two nights now, but I can say I'm feeling pretty good and have had a lot of dreams of issues I didn't even know about while doing EPRHA. I'm also pretty well put together in my opinion. My girlfriend, who is also on it now, is having all kinds of dreams of past issues and it seems to be really getting in there. But she also seems to be pretty okay. She's definitely thinking a lot, but she isn't depressed or beaten up. Just kind of a chill acceptance and she seems to be doing very well on it.
Two days in and I'm already happy with how it's going.
