If I remember correctly, there is a person who using refresher for some month but I can't find any journal from him. His name is darthxedonias maybe. Is there any other person using refresher for long time and had result? Thank you.
Yeah, it`s darthxedonias, he was using AM6 refreshe through 192 days. 
did he ever talk about his results?

I now use the refresher stage of SM3 (day 70 as today) and feel like growing. My plan is to use this refresher for 192 days ... or until I've change my mind. One of the advantages of running refresher over running all six stages is that you can stop whenever you want without risking any imbalances.
