Hi Shannon or Andrew,
I'm having some problems placing an order in the shop currently. I keep getting a page loaded that is blank other than a message that an "error occurred" in the top left. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Nevermind...its working now. Maybe just too much traffic.
We have had an amazing response to this year's sale, and it got so bad at one point that I couldn't even access the stuff I was changing. Andrew installed a system to regulate the bandwidth, snd it's been good ever since. Go Andrew!

Thats great. I'm glad the sale went so well for you guys.
So tomorrow night is my first night of AM5.0. I had done the previous version about a year ago. I had great results with it last year so I'm excited for round 2.

I also feel like I haven't been taking advantage of this forum. I think it will be a great place to post some of the things I want to work on since people here are also commited to self-development. So this time around I'm going to let my subconscious work on the sub and let things happen but I'm going to set some goals to work on during the 32 day stage for qualities that I feel like a great Man should have. I've noticed in the past that just the thought that someone could hold me accountable has kept me going with great habits. So I'm going to post what I'm working on.

Stage One: Is going to be about getting physically healthy and developing a spiritual habit. I won't discuss the spiritual habit, I'll just post done or not done. I'm also going to post my workout schedule and food eating. Before starting this month I workout regularly but my diet is awful (mostly takeout or cafeteria food). I know a lot about nutrition but I fail to follow it. So...here I go.
So just finished one month of Stage One of AM 5.0. This month has been pretty amazing looking back. The first week I didn't notice too much, except needing even more sleep than I did on AM 2011. The second and third week I went through a period of profound sadness and depression. But I emerged from those weeks with so much mental clarity about who I am, what I want, and what direction I want my life to go. It was like before I was drifting aimlessly without a purpose I was excited about and then WHAM I saw exactly where I wanted to go. This week because of that I have been super focused and productive - knowing exactly what I want to do.

I swear there must be some manifestation stuff pointing the user towards life lessons as well. I've had so many things this month come up that taught me things I really needed to know. Maybe those lessons were always there but I wasn't prepared to see them yet.

As far as the goals I set to go along with this stage. I was really good at the spiritual practice and really poor with nutrition. I didn realize that it isn't willpower that is necessarily my problem (I actually like healthy food), but rather having time to prepare healthy food. My life is too full of stuff. So the next two months are going to be focused on simplifying my life. I'm not exactly sure what that is going to look like yet.
Nice Pat. keep it simple is part of my new philosophy as well.
Since this thread is titled for the 2011 set, would you consider changing it to be non-specific, specify both 2011 and 5.0, or start a thread specifically for 5.0? That would make it easier for people to follow, since 2011 is out of date.
Sure. No problem.
