I ran stage 7 right after finishing stage 6, I think I may have waited one day. Pretty much right after the AM6 run.
If you are learning a new ability, you first learn parts of this ability and then later you put everything together. So it somehow seems logic to me to run stage 7 right after. It's like putting the pieces together.
