I thought the general consensus was to run EPRHA before doing the AMs, so you get a cleaner run?
A fool-proof plan is EPRHA for 6 months, followed by OF for 6 months, and then AM6. Most people, however won't have the patience or balls to do this plan. If you're elite, you'll do this specific plan. It will help you a ton.

^ This. I did EPRHA for 6 months and will probably do OF for at least 6 months before rolling right into AM6
Just to clarify why I mentioned the "not beginner friendly'' in my feedback isn't just because of the resistance. It's more to do with the subliminal fever some newer users might experience. To do OF properly you need to commit yourself to it and sit out the periods of ''this sub isn't working'' ''maybe I should run ephra'' ''what a great idea, I'll run ASC instead'' ''now I'll go on the forum and ask for approval on my new idea of swapping subs so I can shoot myself in the foot''. That's resistance too, but more of a self imposed resistance which comes from not clearly choosing to run the sub for a set period or until a goal is achieved.
Another reason is because you will need to use you wisdom during the run, which might be a new thing for some people, it sure was for me since I almost did some pretty stupid things on a few occasions.

This might sound a little scary, but it's not that bad once you keep these 2 thing in mind. Actually these thing go for all subs. This sub has so far delivered the best growth to me out of all subs, period. I recommend running it.

So whatever sub you decide to run, make a goal of either running it for a set time or until you have reached a certain point that you wanted to reach with the sub. Geodude's plan seems pretty good to be fair.

Could you please explain?

Sure, if you have a bad habit of reacting to all of your emotions where fear is the only thing stopping you from doing something then after the fear is gone it might be an automatic thing to act on it. Not sure if I explained it correctly.
He means for example if you don't have fear, when a thug comes up and points a gun at your face, and says "give me your wallet", and you say "fuck you cunt", because you're not afraid of him, you didn't exercise wisdom there, because you have only your fists to fight his gun.

Though, I think I'd have to listen to OF a ton to actually not be afraid of getting shot in the face
