I did a search but didn't come across an exact answer for this..
I saw that NSFM could be used for a short period of time if certain measures are taken i.e make sure there is a bit of gap between using different subs.
This was only answered for use with AM6. ..My question is can NSFM be used for a short period of time (say 2-3 hours- once every week or two weeks) as long as there is a gap of a few hours between subs? I'm currently using FYPJ which obviously has nothing to do with NSFM and was curious.

You don't stop AM6. And even for a day.
That said, you don't have to stop, as long as you don't use them at the same time or within a couple hours of each other, and you limit your use of NSFM to less than about 5 hours per week. No more than two days a week, no more than 3 hours at a time. Never on consecutive days.
NSFM is an instant/near instant effect extremely short term use program by design.
