hej guys i am using subs for 3 years now and never did a day without them... so i started one sub immediatly after the other letting no time to sink
do you think this affects my results?

3 years! Cool. If I were you, I'd take a month or two off, not necessarily to be effective or let the results sink down. But, like you mentioned, you feel like a robot, and I believe it will be good to go where life can take you independent of any influence of subliminal programming. Let us say, for a change.
You definitely should do a couple of days off, mate. Any way, it`s highly recommended to take 1-2 weeks break between AM6 and WM2 or AM6`s runs to give your subconscious a time to adopt subliminal training`s changes.
but i am now on stage 2 of am6 do you really think i can take a few days off?

No, you shouldn`t do this, mate. Wait till you finish your run and than take 1-2 weeks off.
